We just purchased a Purple.2 split king mattress from Zach at the Mattress Firm. He gave us the best deal in town, and he did not try to pressure us into buying the most expensive product but rather what worked best for our needs. It was a MUCH more pleasant experience than shopping at Denver Mattress, where Kyle gave us one price over the phone and then increased the price by 10% once we were in the store. Needless to say, that type of deceptive marketing practice by Denver Mattress made the Mattress Firm our clear choice. Besides, we like the 120 day trial period offered by the Mattress Firm, as opposed to 90 days at Denver Mattress. As long as we use the impervious mattress protectors that we already own, we are not forced to purchase a brand new set for the trial period (as required by Denver Mattress). It is our understanding the the Mattress Firm is a locally owned Great Falls business- another reason to patronize them instead of the Denver Mattress chain store.

This review is a bit late, but back in May I was on the search for a mattress and came into the Great Falls location and met William. I had been to a few other places and found Williams approach pleasant, professional and, most of all, not pushy. He stressed comfort first and foremost and after trying a few out, we began to talk price range. William listened, let me know my options, what he could do for me and then encouraged me to price check around town. After doing so, I chose to come back and purchase from William. With the addition of Memorial Day savings I was able to get exactly what I needed in my time frame and price range. I highly recommend dealing with Willam!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was awful. The delivery service even worse, not polite at all. Note that if they say it’s a “package” deal... it’s not the entire bed! When we voiced our concerns with our order and no frame in the “whole package” there was NO OFFER to help get us what we needed. I will NOT recommend this place, nor the staff member Zach who had zero customer service with our concerns.

Best place to get a mattress in Great Falls. Friendly staff that is extremely knowledgeable. Their prices and quality products cant be beat anywhere in town. Mattress Firm was the first place I went and then looked at every other store. I ended up coming back not only because they were the best option, but I enjoyed doing business with them.

If I could give a zero star I would!! William was great and helpful! He even delivered my new mattress and box spring without issues on March 23rd. As soon as I had an issue with the wooden box snapping and breaking nobody seems to be available. Since April 8th I have talked with the owner and keep getting excuses. He said William would call me to get a replacement. Still no call. It’s now May 5th!! I ordered a new frame online and won’t be referring Mattress Firm to anyone! They will sell you anything but won’t be bothered if you have an issue. I have been very patient with them. They only care about selling and making money. They don’t really care how well customers sleep.

Zach and Michael were excellent help today. We bought a TempurPedic and financed it for 48 months. Best help we could have asked for. They spent a lot of time explaining things to us and letting us try out the beds. Im a paraplegic so that means a lot to me oh, they had to move the bed so I can get into them. But they sure didnt mind. They were great help. Fine young man.

The first time my husband and I walked into mattress firm, Doug greeted us and gave us an informative no pressure experience. I spent the following week comparing mattresses and prices around town. When I called Doug with specific questions about brands we were researching, he was patient and helpful. We almost bought our bed at Denver mattress because the price seemed unbeatable. I went back to mattress firm to see if Doug would match the price. This time I also met Dougs associate, Kim. She was also very friendly and helpful. They did more than match the price on the exact same bed, they beat it! You can save yourselves time and money by trusting that the staff at Mattress Firm will take care of you! Amazing Service - Great Pricing - No way Id go elsewhere! I walked in late in the afternoon today (Friday) and bought a couple mattresses for my kiddos new bed. The guys didnt mess with me on pricing - simply gave me the best possible deal on the best mattress for our needs. Then - when the mattress didnt quite fit in my SUV - they took the initiative to deliver it in their own truck....instead of pushing it off until next week when the delivery driver would be able to fit it in.
