I contacted them through chat and asked if they had a specific piece of luggage I needed for our bike. Everyone else was sold out. Nice women on there said she would check and let me know. I was expecting a response in a few hours to a day. She got back to me rather quickly and said they had one left. I asked if I could order it and if they could ship it to ND and she said yes. As soon as she got the order she wrapped it up and shipped it to me and I got it within a week. Very exceptional customer service and fast delivery time. Parts have been back ordered for 6 moths. I know it is not their fault but they can send out emails or call letting people know. Their online store stated it was in stock and still on June 2nd and they still do not have it. When I call to ask about what is going on I am yelled at by a lady named Tracy who tells me she runs it and they send all the emails out letting people know. I have not received a call or email from them since she canceled my order today and hung up on me. She lied about being the manager and saying her boss was out to lunch. When I called back and talked to someone else they said she was lying to me and this is not the first complaint they have had of her. It us unfortunate that they have people like that lying and making up stories to customers. When I asked her what they were going to do is when she hung up on me and then i received the first email from them stating my order has been canceled. Something I paid for on June 2nd. Unreal. There should be repercussions for employees like that. As a business owner if we were to do that it would be devastating. It is time for Tracy to be let go from her position.

Due to a nation wide backorder I had to wait a pretty long time to get the flush mount gas cap after it was purchased but the wait was well worth it. As far dealing with Big Sky Harley I cant not say one bad thing. Customer Service was good and they were totally understanding if I did not want to wait. The order was on backorder for a while like everything else these days. I do appreciate the seller using UPS for delivery rather than USPS. I got the jackets yesterday and both fit very well. I ordered the Piledriver Riding and the Gastone Riding Jacket. I love both of them, the Gastone Riding Jacket is a COOL LOOKING jacket. The Piledriver Jacket is a little heavier, it has a removable jacket liner. Both are very good quality and the price was great. When you shop with Big Sky online make sure you order everything you want to save on the shipping cost. I did forget to order a hat.

Ordered part online on February 17. It’s March 5 and I still haven’t received my order. Called customer service left a voicemail and never got a reply. Did talk to someone through email who said it would ship the next day but didn’t ship until 2 days later. Great price but would have definitely paid the extra $50 bucks and brought directly from Harley than to be inconvenienced with the slow shipping.
