Whoever I spoke with over the phone has terrible people skills. The man I spoke with told me he didn’t have time to talk to me over the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. All I asked was for a price quote. I will never do Buisness at silent knight mufflers and will never recommend them to anyone. Extremely rude costumer service is not the way to get buisness.

Stopped in on a whim to figure out a noise my car was making and they slipped me into their schedule without any trouble or hassle. So many times I have dealt with mechanics that are condescending or not interested in you and the crew at Silent Knight were very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. In and out in under an hour. Definitely will go back for more service.

Called silent knight to get a quote on a header install and brad told me let me see if I want to do it call me back in an hour so I called back an hour later and he was out to lunch. Waited until the next day and called twice. Both times they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Horrible customer service and an even worse attitude. Ill take my business elsewhere no problem Brad.

Was a great place. Will miss doing business.
