Well, Im not to happy with the Great Falls drivers, they are in NEED of BETTER TRAINING and need to know the phone numbers or NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE ADDRESSES ON THE PACKAGES, my husband and kids were home ALL DAY yesterday and my package was dropped off 2 houses down, my husband was sitting on the porch at the same time the driver was dropping off my package.

I think the Great Falls Fedex Store needs to re-train some of their drivers. Today I was home all day, waiting for my package to be delivered. When I checked on the status of my package, it said that a delivery attempt had been made, no one was home, and now I would be receiving my package at a later date. Obviously, something here doesn’t add up. Guess I’ll have to move at the speed of business next time...
They said they attempted delivery and they did not.
I. I live at a rural address. The last package I received was left at a vacant cabin a half mile short of my house. The package I was supposed to receive today never arrived. Judging from the tracks, it appears the driver gave up when the wet muddy road was too much for the obviously worthless delivery vehicle he was forced to drive. Give your drivers phone numbers or deliver the packages to the local Fed Ex shipping center, and I would be glad to meet them at the highway or pick up the package in Lewistown.

Worst delivery service in the country. They have held my package 2 hours away for 30 days. When I finally got ahold of someone they claimed to have attempted delivery 3 times. Which was a complete lie due to the fact they never appeared on my security cameras. On the phone they claim to have attempted and no one was home to receive the package. Have you heard of Covid-19? If I were home I still wouldnt have opened the damn door. Fedex please become a better company.

Paid for 2Day Shipping. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It didn’t get to the local sorting facility until Saturday. And that’s where it sat, until Monday, killing the live animals inside. Good job guys
Driver has claimed two days in a row to ha attempted delivery, there was no knock on my door, my doorbell camera was not activated by any movement during the time he said he attempted delivery. On one he even put that the business was closed. And it is a residential neighborhood. During the same time frame ups, usps, and Dominos all managed to find me.

They dropped a ton of boxes for someone elses apt today on my doorstep, blocking my exit. The driver saw me struggling to get them to their proper owner, I waved them down, they looked me in the eye and drove off.
Why do you leave packages outside of a business when the business is closed?
Totally unacceptable. My shipment has been in my town for a week. I keep getting notices that no attempt was made to deliver....they were at my building twice today!
It was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Hours are accommodating. Its location is easy to get to at the airport.
Why is it so difficult to simply just tell the driver how to find my house? When tracking my shipment online it told me that delivery was attempted but the address was incorrect. The address was not incorrect it is just difficult to find. I tried to call FedEx to give instructions on how to find my house, but of course there is no way to speak with anyone locally. The customer service representative told me that only the shipper was allowed to leave instructions for the driver on how to find my house not me. I ordered something through Walmart who isnt the shipper only a third party. So after going through every step through every party involved I find out that there is no way for me to get a package from FedEx that they already have, they just are unable to find the house that belongs to the address. I guess FedEx drivers do not have access to GPS. Why is it so difficult to simply just tell the driver how to find my house?
FedEx claimed to have attempted delivery. My wife and kids along with our extremely vigilant dog were home all day with only the screen door open and no one ever showed. I tried to call to just set up a pickup at FedEx first thing in the morning because I need the package first thing in the morning. Could only talk to someone who barely spoke English and said it would take 24-48 to set up a pickup??? What?! I complained and he said he would send them a message but he couldnt guarantee. He said the facility opens at 7am. Well I live an hour out of town and Im sitting here now because they dont open till 9. Watch all the trucks take off but the office is not open. Now my tracking says the package is out for delivery which mean who knows when it will show up and I need it first thing this morning. Terrible terrible service. If I have a choice I will never use FedEx
I have waited 13 days (and it is still not here) for a delivery of medication from Wal-Mart. I have tried to talk to someone at the company and only get an automated service that does not help and will not route me to a human being in order to complain. The virtual texting correspondence option is also automated and cannot understand anything other than its pre-programmed options. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Need to provide option to call people when delivering packages instead of getting to a secure building, making no attempt to get in, and leaving a note stating they will be back the next day at some point to try redelivery. If they had simply called the number that was provided with the shipping info when trying to deliver Id have come right out to get my package. Instead I have to walk all the way across town and HOPE that they allow me to pick it up from their location or else theyre going to try to do exactly the same thing tomorrow and get the same results. I work during the day. I dont have the time to sit outside my building all day waiting for lazy FedEx driver to show up.
Worst shipping company ever. Lost my package and told me they would open an investigation on the matter. They have yet to return my calls and are giving me the run around. I called them back asking the status on my package and they proceeded to tell me that they consider the package delivered and that the investigation was closed. Thank God the company I purchased from is wonderful and helping me get a replacement.

Great staff, and the public front end is nice!Biggest issue is the local. It is *painfully* out of the way. Not a knock at the local employees, mind you! Those guys are great! But I do wish there was a public drop off that was in town.

I dread having my packaged delivered by this shipping company. I do a lot of online transactions and most of the time it gets to be delivered by the other company without any problems. However, whenever I get the Fedex to bring me my stuff on my door, they never fail to frustrate me every single time; either they have too many excuses not to deliver my things, or they would provide the most inconvenient option for it to be delivered. I wonder what the management does to improve the quality of their service esp here in town. Yes, I will be more careful next time and make sure not to have any business with you guys.
They are horrible! No help at all. Can not find our house. The come 3 miles from our house and turn around a take package all the way back to Great Falls. Which is over 300 miles away!!
UPDATE: today is 12-9..fedex had another excuse, they said they attempted a delivery at 4:04pm..NO FEDEX!! i was practically glued to the window waiting all day until 4:30pm then i gave up..theyre either going to the wrong house or lying because no fedex showed up at all today!!! 😡😡😡i live 2 hours from great falls..there was a few times fedex delivered to the wrong house even though they were told by the owners i didnt live there..my house number is on my house for everybody to see..ups delivers to my house no problem!!lastest incident was today 12-6, a package i was expecting was supposed to be delivered thursday but i understood the package was still too far away so it was to be delivered today, tracking said it was out for delivery from great falls at 8:20am, yes i know they follow a certain route & it wouldnt be here until the afternoon, waited & waited..nothing..i get an update saying delivery was rescheduled until monday because of weather issues & that they were not going to attempt delivery until weather conditions improve um it was sunny today, all day with dry roads!! it was nowhere near like how it was last weekend where it snowed so bad the roads were shut so i know the weather wasnt the problem so why lie saying weather issues????????
I’m very frustrated I received a call yesterday saying they would deliver a package that needed an adult signature however they did not show up.When I tried to call them I needed to have the tracking number which of course was written down at home where I’m not today I finally found the tracking number in an email but you cannot get through to them all you get is automated and then it hangs up on you can’t talk to anyone to let them know you won’t be there great job guys really makes me want to ship with you!!!!
Guys dont know how to deliver packages. Time and time again, they cant find my address. I maybe get packages 25% of the time without an issue. AMAZING! Once they do find my address, their goldfish memory kicks in and they dont know how to find my address again. I guess they dont know how to update their maps. I will never use FedEx again.

This place is a joke. A package was sent to me by mistake and I called them to let them know. They informed me that they do not pick up and I have to take it to the store myself. Little did I know they lived in the opposite side of town than I do. Their website says they are located inside of the Great Falls Airport so I lugged this heavy package in there and no one had a clue what I was talking about. I later found the store located in the middle of nowhere and am out nearly half a tank of gas.
I’ve had many packages delivered by FedEx over the years. There only seems to be a delivery issue if the package goes through this location. I don’t know why but it’s ALWAYS this location that either loses my package, sends it to the wrong location or just flat out delays my package for no reason. UPS never seems to have an issue delivering packages on their estimated delivery date
November 2014, The driver returned a package to sender after going to our previous address and seeing the lot was vacant. The package was addressed to our new address about a mile away. The driver did not do any research and ask our neighbors, or call us, just returned the package to the sender. There was no door-tag left, no additional attempts, nothing. On top of that, getting a hold of the local facility is basically impossible. You have to call a 1-800 number and speak to someone that is not a native English speaker to get the Great Falls station.January 2017, despite living at our home for over two years, we recently have been having packages delivered to a distant relative that lives approximately 10 miles away. Way to deliver to the right address FedEx! Just look at the last name and drop it off. Nevermind the are multiple people with the same last name living in the area.March 2021 - Despite signing for the in-direct signature online 2 days prior to delivery AND leaving a note on the door of my house, the FedEx driver left a door tag instead of delivering my package. I am going to find out the local center and post the number, their handling of packages and signatures is AWFUL.

Husband and I have been waiting on an important package for the last week and we live in a secured building. We missed the first two attempts because of this and not being given a time to be aware theyd be here. Today I finally saw the FedEx truck from my window, so I came down the stairs to go ask him about our package and he was in front of the all glass doors putting up some more door tags, and as he saw me coming down the stairs to him he quickly taped his last door tags, turned around and RAN back to the truck while Im trying to stop him and ask about our stuff. This was extremely Unprofessional. This man was an older gentalmen, had grey hair that came a little over his ears and a grey mustache. Im not upset with the company but I hope management does something about this mans behavior because it was very rude and unprofessional.

This company needs to start hiring drivers that know how to drive in Montana weather or get out of the delivery business! I am so fed up with Fed Exs excuses of why that cant deliver my packages when other delivery companies have no problem getting them to me! They dont even bother calling to see if there is another location to leave the packages when the roads are impassable to my my home! I live in a rural area and do a lot of mail ordering. They dont give a hoot about their customers!!!
