If you:*like having your time wasted, as they over-book appointments per hour to ensure their time is not wasted*enjoy waiting over an hour even when you have an appointment*dont mind being lied to by a snarky receptionists named Brie (?) and her raven haired sidekick about how long the tests take and when youll go in and then listen to them laugh and giggle about the delays*are not concerned with covid and proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols between tests as they are so behind schedule because of the overbooking they herd you in and out as quickly as possible making proper cleaning impossible.then this place is for you

Never had an MRI before and was quite nervous going into the procedure. Frank was the technician there for me this morning and he was wonderful. He recognized my anxiety and walked me through every step of the way, and even had me feel out the MRI, so that I knew what it would be like when the process started. In addition, he had my boyfriend sit down towards my feet so that I could see him throughout the scan. For a process that is inherently nerve-wracking, Frank made it as calming as possible. Would highly recommend this location.

Worst customer service - I went at 10:00am to get my report before prior calling and telling them I had a doctors appointment. Firstly the lady on the counter didnt respond well and told me to wait. After waiting for 15min I went back she said I am busy if you want the report wait or else talk later. Before this a day before I was setting the puck up appointment they disagreed I got an MRI at there place. It was a hassle all the time I have contacted.

Late for appointment and told now missed it to reschedule they were not wiiling to coooperate with us very rigid staff who ran behind schedule anyway

Waited 1 1/2 hours part my appointed time never coming back
