Paul the service manager is the best. His guys are very efficient and get their customers in and out very quickly. I moved here 2 years ago and have had about 4 visits, mainly for oil changes and cabin filters but every time is a great experience. This last experience we were waiting outside. I told my wife to take the single seat that was outside for social distancing. Only a minute later Paul came out and gave me another seat. Absolutely professional and a gentleman. He lets you know what needs to absolutely be done on your car and what can wait. Great crew from management to mechanics!!!

Excellent service! the prices are always fair and paul is very knowledgeable. I had them fix my diesel car before, and now on my SUV they have done an excellent break service and fuel line service. Will go back to Paul anytime!

We dropped our mint condition Range Rover Sport for NYS inspection, It was like new, 3999 miles on it. The car was STOLEN while in their custody, they just left the keys in an $80,000 vehicle. And some hoodlum jumped in an took off. And we didn’t find out about it until we went to pick up the car and saw the place swarming with police cars and two detectives.We are out of pocket thousands of dollars because the car was subsequently involved in a bank robbery, a Police chase, and bad accident where it appears that an innocent bystander was injured. Our car is now impounded in Staten Island as evidence in the commission of a crime. We’ve been advised that we may not be able to get the car back for a year or more due to Covid And court slowdowns. I have called numerous times and stopped by the station twice, left my business card and asked the owner to please call us. All I want him to do is notify his insurer so that we can hopefully recover some of our loss. He has been completely ignoring us for over a month. I guess the only thing he’s going to understand is a lawsuit and if so, he’s come to the right person. This place is Beyond awful. Use this place at your own risk, because they don’t give a damn about you or your vehicle.

Tried to get NYS inspection done here and there were asking for documents that werent needed and making it very difficult for no apparent reason. Attitude was bad too. I left and went to Pauls Auto down the street and got two cars inspected within 10 minutes. Strongly recommend NOT coming here for any service, as you have a lot of much better options in the area.

Took my mothers car in for an inspection. Adrian took my car in and explained to me that the car needed brakes. He showed me how bad the current brakes were and what needed to be done. He was very polite and extremely professional. I was given a fair price, and I was taken care of right away. The shop was very clean. These people are very honest and I will be a return customer.

I come here for oil changes, inspections and tire repairs and they have only been fantastic.

This shop is terrible. Its supposed to be a certified inspection center, but they will lie and cheat to get your money. I bought my car in for an inspection, they failed me and charged me $$$ to fix it. I had to no choice because I had use the car right away. Not only do they prey on single woman, they overcharge you for the services. They also sold me a bad battery which stopped working after 2 months. When I took the battery back, they said theres something else wrong with the car. This time I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and theres nothing wrong with how the car charges the battery, just a bad battery or poor installation the first time. These guys wont admit what they did and refused to give me a refund. The manager also keeps hanging up on me on the phone, completely unprofessional. Do not come to this shop unless you want you want to be rubbed for your money.

The people that run this place are thieves. The guy failed me for my inspection but the mechanic working there told me my car is fine. Their own mechanic told me the owner does this in order to make money off of other jobs. I guess thats what they do when they are slow so they can create some money. Take your car anywhere else but here.The other reviews of this place confirm my experience.

Brought my car here for inspection and threatened to fail me. Very greedy style of business. Took my car down the block and had my car inspected with no issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Dont go to that repair shop for your repair needs, not even for a small repairs, first of all the manager is rude, their mechanics can not do their job done right, making me to come back again after they completed fixing my car, a total waste if time and money, i will never again come back to that shop, the manager advised me to go somewhere else and i am advising you to do the same- go sonewhere else!

Great service came in to get my brakes done and an oil change a while ago, reasonably priced and knowledgable staff. I recommend this location for regular service.

I went to this place to change my motor mounts, supposedly they replaced them and the person in charge of the place showed me what supposedly were the old motor mounts, they only charged me $500 which is very little if I compare it to what the dealer wanted, I drove the car for 1 month and a terrible noise coming from the bottom of the car started, I took the car to the dealer and they told the motor mounts were bad, I told them that I recently replaced them and they told me both of the motor mounts were completely broken and that the motor mounts were old.

Over confident, but very incompetent. They did a brake job on a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid in the fall of 2015 (which I now own) that should only be done by a Ford dealer. They dont have the proper equipment to do it, & now I have a huge problem. All they had to do was read the manufacturers specifications & they wouldve known they werent supposed to do the brakes.

Got my NYS Inspection for car... Painless.

Dont go to this place. Owner is very gready and making unethetical money. Saw a customer get threatened to fail state inspection unless buying many parts/service here.

They suck!! Worst place to send your care there!
