Went there today which is Saturday. The young lady there was rude and cold. Feels like Im not the customer but her enemy! People of other stores in this area such as UPS and U.S. Postal Office are nice and friendly, therefore I wont go to this store anymore!

Beyond disappointing! To say the least. Unprofessional background music, Jasmine was terribly rude and extremely lazy. Sent an email to her Manager still waiting for a return email its only been a week +.

Excellent customer service. The manager is excellent, as I had emailed a job beforehand and he had everything ready for me before I arrived. Highly recommend. Gracious owner as well.

The Cuttermill Mailroom is a local gem which serves a very important function in the Great Neck Community. Although their services (particularly packing and boxes) arent the cheapest, you can ship through virtually every major service + couriers and be confident that your parcel will be on its way. They are friendly, helpful, and go that extra mile in order to make sure that their customers keep coming back. Only great things to say about this venue.

Love it!Original Review:Highly convenient, located by the train station and open in the evening.Full of all kinds of supplies, like different types of packing tape, at good prices.Multiple shipping methods offered with reliable service, regardless of where you need to send your letters/packages. Ive sent things as near as Woodside in Queens County, to as far as Japan.Hard-working employees who actually take time to assess your mail/packages, and are overall nice guys to talk with.There are mailboxes all over town, and the main post office is essentially down the road, but I prefer these guys to send my stuff any day.

GO HERE INSTEAD OF UPS OR FEDEX. No matter what carrier you use, they get it done. It combines all of the shipping carriers, puts it into one store and makes the process super simple.

Woman who works there is not cooperative at all. On the top of that she is rude. She expects other to speak clearly and loud but she doesnt know about her own accent, pace and knowledge.Management: Its time to think about her before you get more feedback like this.

I walked in and was the only customer in the store. Great right? Ill be in and out - oh contraire! The store associate didnt know what to do with my package, the store manager then came over and took my package and another customer came into the store and was taken before me. I didnt expect to be waiting around for a package return and was told to wait 5-8 minutes. I had ordered food prior to entering and I was upset about being bumped. Left with a bad feeling about this store!
