Best pharmacy. I originally began to use this pharmacy for its convenient location, however I was more than pleased with the level of customer service that this place provides. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will even let you know well in advance when a prescription is about to run out of refills so you have enough time to get the new prescription (I have run into problems with other pharmacies with this issue). Highly recommend.

This is the best pharmacy ever! The owners go above and beyond in their delivery of needed medications (dropping off filled scripts to my family members throughout the island and five boroughs), their kindness, helpfulness and knowledge. They care about their customers, greet you by name when you come in and are never too busy to take a phone call to help you out. If I could give them twenty stars instead of five, I would.

If I could give Town Pharmacy more than 5 stars I would happily do so. Dr. Alan Khorshidi is warm and welcoming. It is very clear that he appreciates his customers - many of which he has come to know on a friendly first-name basis. He is full of knowledge and is willing to offer help and answer questions. Additionally, the pharmacy carries an incredible variety of over-the-counter products. This pharmacy is a great addition to the local community and I am proud to be loyal to it!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this drug store. The service is impeccable and the owners, who are two of the nicest young men you will ever meet, could not do more to take care of their customers. I applaud their work ethic and am so comforted to know that they always have my back. Thank you for the tremendous job you do every single time I need your services!

Love it. Just moved in the neighborhood and discovered this place. Put my first script with them 5/1 and another last week. They will CALL YOU to tell you its ready....a real live person not an e mail or robot !!! And will ask if you have any questions. Thet also deliver...how many do these any more ??? And while youre there, you can shop at north shore farms...great store tooStill love these guys. Just went to get something for a friend who was having trouble getting it on amazon. I knew Town had it so I bought it for her. They showed me 2 different ones, how it works etc. Great place

This is a true neighborhood pharmacy, staffed by knowledgeable, dedicated professionals. They also carry a great variety of over-the-counter products, many natural products reminiscent of Kiehls in Manhattan, as well as a great selection of durable medical equipment (walkers, commodes, canes, etc). If they dont have what you need, they will order it and get it within a day or two! They really care about their customers and it shows. Support your local small business and check out Town Pharmacy instead of some mega-chain drugstore!

I hadn’t gone to my sons ENT doctor in several years and my son had an ear infection. The medication was a brand new one on the market so our ENT told me he was sending the script to Town Pharmacy in Great Neck, NY as the medication is veryy expensive and would be veryy reasonable at this pharmacy. I told our doctor that I can’t drive anymore and he said “ don’t worry, this great pharmacy will deliver at no cost “. Within 10 minutes, the NICEST person from the pharmacy called to ask if I’d be home in a hour as my sons med will be delivered to Garden City which isn’t close to Great Neck. I arrive home and within 30 minutes, the NICEST delivery boy, Arthur, was at my door who was sooooo nice and polite. I opened the bag and there was a HAND written, beautifully personalized thank you card written to my son and I with our names, thanking us. I was absolutely blownnnnn away. I’m going to be giving Town Pharmacy’s information to all my doctors and my sons doctors especially the specialized doctors.
