These guys don’t have a system. As a matter fact they have a system that delays costumers. First of its kind in the world after cash booths on highways. They keep the cups behind the counter. 1 server show place where you have to wait for hours to get your cup so you can get some yogurt. What should have been a 1-2-3 system turns into 45 minute wait. Understaffed. Expensive prices. Never again…Its ok to control waste but hire people so service is fast…

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. watch out for the arcade because it doesn’t work and stole $5 from us. we told the manager and he said “It is what it is” and told us there is “nothing I can do”. Go here at your own risk.

Nice service, variety of fruit or nuts over yogurt. Averaging over 7$ a cup. Groupon helps and they do sell 3 quarts for 12$

Limited indoor seating as precaution during covid. Unfortunately you cannot serve yourself and therefore it is a flat rate based on cup size.

Flavors are great, servers are fast and quick, but i received a wrong flavor, still tasty though. (Service- pick flavors, cashier makes it for you)

Good salted caramel ice cream. But we stopped there because there was a big sign in the window for dairy-free oat-based ice cream and I was disappointed it was not available.

A self -serve frozen yogurt place. You start by choosing what size cup you want, then proceed to put yogurt(s) into it (they have 16 flavors, variety of which change), then toppings (fruit, candy, crumbles, etc), them syrup. You then place your cup on a scale and pay by weight. A small size cup filled up can definitely be shared. The location in Great Neck plaza is a really cute section of Great Neck. A pleasant and fun place!

If you’ve been around NYC at all you’ve probably run into a 16 Handles. Great self-serve frozen yogurt with some inventive flavors, and great toppings. You pay by weight, so you truly create your own adventure. I’m just glad they brought back whipped cream. Just ask for it at the counter. Always very clean, well stocked, and friendly staff.

If you live on Long Island, you probably know about 16 handles. All 16 handles are simply wonderful. There are multiple different standard and unique flavors and toppings. The only thing wrong with this particular 16 handles is the service. There was no workers to help me and I was waiting at the register for at least a minute before a worker came. Besides that, it was really good. The food is good, but the service is lacking.

Simply delicious. The best frozen yogurt I have ever had. They have a large variety of flavors, ranging from your standard vanilla and chocolate, to flavors such as salted caramel, and birthday cake. Staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. Bring at least 10 dollars with you when ordering for yourself, as frozen yogurt can be pricy. Like other frozen yogurt establishments, this is self serve, with options from a menu, such as smoothies. Highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Nice and clean joint to enjoy some froyo! Not giving a 5/5 because some flavors were not even edible- pistachio, mango these tasted really chemically.

I love the design of this location. And there seems to be plenty of seating.Expect children. Lots of them. Especially noisy ones, even late at night near closing time. But theres nothing you can really do about it. Maybe thats just this locations demographic? But who doesnt like froyo?They have a nice selection of flavors. I had the Graham cracker flavor because it seemed unique. The texture was very smooth, and like all froyo, it melts quick, but it was a nice treat. I have to say... It was really sweet though! Too sweet! At least for me. It was certainly a lot sweeter than I thought it would be! I suppose if you really like sweet froyo, come here--otherwise, it may be a bit overwhelming!Also, the froyo is very rich, so very high levels of lactose!I hate to make a comparison, but I prefer Red Mango in terms of taste and options.Anyway, 4 out of 5 stars because of one thing I had not mentioned earlier: Cleanliness. The tables are sticky and since it was later at night, the smell of the cleaners and chemicals they use near the back of the place was quite potent and was almost an appetite killer.-Minor edits.

Delicious kosher frozen Yogurts!My favorite flavors are: coffee and the peanut butter (rich taste).A bit pricey but worth the great here and there.They also have parve/non-dairy sorbet options.They have tiny cups for tasting.You can taste-test any and all flavors.Make sure you watch how much you put in your cup, dont eat with your eyes.Itll melt faster than you can eat it if its so full, lol.

Frozen Yogurt is the best snack or desert I could ask for after a long day at the Merchant Marine Academy. Being a foodie, I can only go to 16 Handles even though there are other froyo places near by. 16 Handles offers the most tasty flavors and toppings... and has nutella, choclate, fudge, etc to put on top. And the rewards program is great too!
