Best store in the world the cheesecake was good and fresh and they have lots of varieties of the popcorn it is so good I recommend Thai curry popcorn

My best friend loved it and was totally surprised!!! These guys and gals do a great job every time I order from them. Today totally caught me off guard because I got a phone call from an employee asking when a better time to deliver would be because of the rain and her not being home from work yet. THANK YOU! Thats what customer service is. I will continue to use this location and the Victor one because of how awesome their employees are and their gifts. Thanks yall! You helped make her birthday better!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The arrangement looked even better than what was pictured on the website and the delivery was extremely fast. The delivery man was also wonderful. I would definitely give them my business again.

Absolutely disgusted with Edible Arrangements in Greece, NY. Terrible customer service and no apology or explanation of what happened to our order. During a pandemic the last thing you want to think is that your arrangement was delivered to the wrong home and then picked up and brought to the correct home. The driver left it in the driveway, rang the doorbell and returned to her car. The arrangement itself is a mess, appears to be missing some pieces and has chocolate all over the vase! Extremely angry and disappointed.

Really disappointed in not only the quality but the service from this location. An email went to my sister stating that the arrangement had been delivered hours before it came, and when she called they treated her like she was lying. Hours later, an arrangement was dropped off that was missing pieces and looked like a mess with chocolate all over the vase. No explanation, no apologies to her despite the fact that the driver had stated that it was already delivered and that they had already been to Spencerport. Additionally, they told her that they had to reprint the card for a new arrangement which means that the email did not get sent prematurely. BTW, even with COVID its no excuse for poor customer service. Flowers were delivered twice that same day, and each driver hand delivered them with their masks on.

An Amazing staff who answered my questions and helped me pick out the right arrangement

Got some dipped bananas from their showcase and when we bit into them the bananas were rotten/brown and extremely nasty. The dipped pineapple pop was very tangy and nasty.

Lifesavers! They were able to accommodate my needs on short notice and were amazing to work with from out of state! I really appreciate your business being so customer forward! I will certainly be using you again!

Never ordering again put my order in on Monday cause i was told it will be delivered in the morning... Now it’s not gonna be here till 7pm 🤦🏼‍♂️ Never ordering here I’ll never recommend this business to anyone.

Unbelievable I’ll placed a pick up @ 3:30 for my dads birthday present, it wasn’t even ready I had to wait extra & I was also running behind I am very annoyed and apparently it’s my issue cause something broke, y’all should of called me or gave me something for the inconvenience of my wasted time!! Never will come back

I sent an edible arrangement to a friend. They put Happy Birthday balloons in the arrangement and it was not for a Birthday. It was embarrassing for me but when I called up the store to complain after delivery, they immediately offered to send something else to recipient at not cost. They ended up sending the entire arrangement again! They did not hesitate to make it right and I appreciate that! Thank you !

Great customer service. After I placed my online order I learned that the person I was sending it to was going to be on vacation on the day I had chosen for delivery. A simple phone call where I was greeted with friendly staff let me move the delivery date and they got their arrangement after they got back from vacation.

Store associate was extremely thoughtful and helpful. She went above and beyond to make a stressful time for me turn into a great way to thank a friend, that was protecting and caring for my daughter when her dad and I were not able to be with her.

Prompt and courteous service, the arrangement was done in under an hour, would highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. The quality of their work is top shelf.
