This store allows me to bring my puppy 🐶 Ive been going to this Walmart my entire life. What else can I say...its Walmart. They basically have everything.I bought these cable ties the last time I went to Walmart. I am a seed breeder and Im using the different color ties to label the branches by strain. Blue for Durban poison, orange for jokers candy. Etc..Thank you Walmart for always having what I need to make my business grow😁

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. My friend was literally just trying to find and buy a pair of house slippers because her actual shoes were completely soaked through. AP followed us through the store even AFTER we paid for the slippers. Rude employees and management. AP and Management should learn how to do their jobs. I’d rate less than a star if I could.

Why don’t yah pick up the phone what’s els yah doing at the customer service desk because yah most definitely not doing yah job yah should be ashamed of yah selves it should take 5 minutes of the phone ringing waiting for someone to pick up and my friend said horrible horrible communication but if you can get back o her on her application she will definitely be delighted but other than that get yah shizzznet together and pick up the phone for these customers

So happy to see them employ so many people with different levels of disability. As someone who cares for the sick it made me super happy to see the employees and customers happy and satisfied. Supervisors were around to make assist if any additional help was needed in such a quiet and subtle manner.

I went to the store at Dewey Ave in Greece to exchange some shoes that were a bit bigger needed the right size. Went to the service desk and the lady ask me if I wanted the money back in my card. Its been two day and still doesnt show on my back card. Ill give it another day and see what happens.

I went to this Walmart last Friday, everything was going great until I encountered a very rude associate by the name of Veronica. She had the nerve to yell at my mother in law and I to Back Up! there is not enough room for your cart and standing around here I was in shock I had to leave that area as I was with my step daughter too. She is very rude and was even rude to another customer there telling her rudely I cant hear you! You have to speak up! Yeah will never shop there again!

Love this place they have nice products and most of them are in stock so easy to shop

Small Walmart, first time Ive ever seen a Walmart that small. Very limited food and dairy products. It did have fast checkout since it wasnt crowded. Even though its close I most likely will not be going back to this store again.

Compact Wal-Mart have it charms, the general walking distances, (#of handicap spots i think in some walmart feel like Haft a mile long in the hot summer...you do get your shopping done lots quicker or score more stuff in the same amount of time vs the sibling stores, if they wanted to they absolutely have the ability to rearrange the place to fit in grocery effectively, but I honestly wouldnt complain about the way it is rn, I think its unique in the area...low prices dont always correlate with quality, as a positive compliment....

I like Walmart especially now because you can buy BITCOIN right from the coinstar machine thus tripling your money over time . Thanks Walmart👍🍕

Staff real nice but too relaxed not enough products or help when your looking for something this has to be the only sad walmart in rochester area!!!definatley visit one of the other walmarts dont waste your time on west ridge rd one you will be disappointed!!!!

This has always been my go to Walmart. Its close to where I stay and very convenient.Im real old school and still love to watch DVD MOVIES. The collection here is always great. They never disappoint me. If your into Horror movies like I am... then you most certainly need to come check out their selections 👍🏾Customer Service is always great and the store is very well kept.Everything is easy to find. Theres never really a wait in line and thats a wonderful thing.Most definitely recommend this location. Has and will always be my spot 💯FYI... THEY HAVE ZERO BARS HERE!

This was the most ratchet Walmart Ive ever been to. It looked barely put together. Things were falling off the shelves, the aisles looked like they had been haphazardly thrown around, just so they could all be squeezed together. People were bumping into each other left and right.

Much better than Dewey avenue location. Staff is more professional and selection is much better. Wont go back to Dewey unless I am desperate.

Like other Walmart locations, I quickly go in. Get what is needed and head out, the only issue is how on the busiest days there are only a small few registers open sadly. This is depending on which Walmart you go to shop honestly.

This Walmart is smaller than most but so well organized and stocked. I had a return and the service rep was very nice. I love the self checkout lanes. I was able to find all I needed.

If you are some one who enjoys not being bother by sales associate s this is the place to go. They want you to use an app to find the price instead of marking product. Then there is the working for the company. YOU are now the clerk, cashier, and bagger all in order to shop here.

What can you say about WalMartQuick trip and everything ok

I tryed to purchase a few bags of landscape gravel and was having trouble with the cashier who did not have the QR Code to scan at the checkout. I walked out to the garden area and spoke with Randy. He used his hand-held scanner to get the code, walked into the store with me to the self checkout, then arranged to have an associate meet me back in the garden center where I picked up my bags. Randy turned a frustrating situation into a successful purchase and experience. Kudos Randy... youre a conscientious employee.

As pleasant as Walmart always is, standard status quo.I do question why they dont seem to be carrying new trading card stock.One nearby walmart already removed their trading card isle all together, and this one is heading in that direction.I always agree that players need to shop at their local game stores, but sometimes walmart has deals that just cant be beaten! 😩Please dont stop carrying trading cards! Sometimes I can only afford retail price!

I’ve shopped at this Walmart for over 10 years since moving to Greece and have never had an issue til the other day. I am a disabled person who suffered a stroke 2 years ago, which means I am not able to get around like I used to. Whenever I enter this store there are usually the motorized carts available and I am able to shop. Well, Sunday afternoon when I entered the store there were no carts available which was no biggie until I saw a Walmart Associate on break with a cart parked next to her. My sister and I then watched this woman get up and get into the cart to ride it to the register she was working at. I was shocked and appalled. She parked it and didn’t want it touched. My sister went and asked another associate about the cart and she was told that she could ask the woman for the cart. She told the person no and a Helping Hands worker saw what was going on and he then proceeded to get the cart from behind the register, he wiped it down and rode it over to where i was sitting waiting for a cart to become free. Thank you, Alex. I was finally able to get my shopping done for my Christmas decor. Walmart you need to do better and get ur associates in check. We called management when we got back to the car and he was irritated and embarrassed because he knew exactly who we were referring to because he’s had spoken to her about using the carts while working. Hopefully this never happens again.

Curbside pickup is so convenient but it was especially pleasant due to the young men who waited on us. Tyler and Austin were thoughtful and considerate, making sure our order was safely loaded and that we were aware of the changes made to our grocery list. When we tried to tip them they explained that they cant take tips but we can take the money intended for them and donate it to the Golisano Childrens Hospital. These two kind individuals are worth hanging on to. Their kindness made our whole day

This Walmart is one of the slowest, dirtiest stores by FAR. Save your energy. The workers don’t care enough to be efficient or even quick; rather they roll their eyes at you or offer any other possible rude remark. Awful.

Theyre loosening up some of the Covid restrictions. Like that they have plenty of hand sanitizer & cart wipes available. Another step towards normal. Still need a mask, but thats still a good thing.

I went to Walmart to buy some plastic totes that were shown on sale in store for $2.50. Regular price was $4.98. The ad stated that the color of the tote was white. When I got to the store not only wasnt there any white totes but on the Shelf I didnt see the sale sign or a space for white totes its like they never existed. I brought a gray tote up to the service desk where I was met by the store manager. She scanned the tote and stated Sorry, thats the price. No other help was offered.To say Im disappointed in Wal-Mart is an understatement, and I will avoid them if possible

Called every single department in the store and tried every option on the phone menu and can not get anyone to awnser. I am extremely annoyed at how bad the management is there, literally no one will awnser a phone there. It is just bad business practices. Go to any other Walmart but this one. Not to mention when youre in the store you cannot get anyone to help you and it is almost impossible to find an employee. This store is ran like trash.

Compared to how this ace is represented in Ohio i must say in rochester they still have pride in their store and their guests. I would drive here every day before I stepped another foot in steelyards....if I could.

Shop here often. They always have what I need and the associates are nice and they are helpful. Only minor complaint is that music when youre walking in from outside. Its really annoying but not enough to affect the rating.

Only 1 cashier working now. Trying to force everybody onto self-checkout. Not worth My time to wait in lines and then check myself out. Ill use other places for most items now. Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Food Lion often as cheap or just slightly higher prices, but at least I can get service from a cashier there.

Young man running the front area was wonderful. Not enough employees, store looked dirty, not amply stocked.

This walmart is awful. Its been the least taken care of Walmart in the last 30 years but on top of not being a super center the employees are aweful. There was some 50+ electronic lady who was swearing up a storm and in her drama at +10 volume. Super doo doo.

Have been attempting to add items to my order but site will not let me choose the size I want. Have attempted a few times and the site freezes.

They were out of a desired product but otherwise the consistently low prices always makes me shop there.

I cannot complain yet! What I needed was in store. Yet store was a rubble sue to stuff not being stocked. Seems lately thats Walmarts theme. Managers I know are working hard with staff. But when I go in store and see staff talking of over w0 minutes in same spot about everyday life its a problematic. It shows how long it took for check out and how staff is not utilized correctly. Walmart needs a General not a friend!

Theres always enough parking, and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady in clothes helped me find the wallets and was very nice to my son. Despite having a wild 2 year old toddler running around, the employees are always so nice and pleasant.This Walmart is not as large as the Walmart on Dewey but it is much cleaner and the staff are much nicer.

People parking in places where they were not aloud and shopping for an hour messy inside was a waste of time to go to that store

It does not matter when I go I always have to stand long periods at a time!! There are a row of empty cash registers with 2 open! They have the self check put and the line is long as 2 blocks!! Hate going but its my local greec store with affordable prices
