Horrible customer service and impossible to get anyone on the phone. It is around the corner, but I drive miles out of my way for better service. This store is in need of new management.

Had a covid test scheduled for my son at 2pm got to the drive thru and the nurse who has to give the instructions was not back from lunch yet so we were asked to loop around for other people when someone came behind us. It was 2:05 when i went back around to find 4 other cars in front of us. Instead of also asking them to loop around since we were there on time and there first, the nurse apparently got back and took care of them first. We were not taken care of until 2:20 PM even though we were there at 1:55 for our 2 o’clock appointment. Very unprofessional and very unprofessional for the nurse to not be back from lunch on time for her appointments.

Ok how ever a lot in parking lot.their giving shots &I be live testing.be carefully.the traffic is bad .maybe it was just Saturday .I will still shop their.

Do you need a COVID test but not actually want the results? Do you need a COVID test to travel to another state but want to stay in quarantine while waiting for results so that you dont actually have to go anywhere or see anyone? Well then this CVS is the place to go! They will overlook that whole 2-3 day turnaround expectation and have you wait a week or longer... if even at all... for your results! Thank you CVS! I wasnt really wanting to do anything when I went to Pennsylvania anyways.

The Worst Customer Service Ive Ever Experienced..You Cant Even Get a Straight Answer and its like talking to The Wall..

The people in the store are very helpful and CVS products and coupons are useful. However their telephone answering system is an utter disgrace. Never, ever have I experienced such a worthless and maddening system. I ended up hanging up three times out of sheer frustration. I will never call them for simple product information again.

My husband has been coming every month to load money on my card so i can pay my bills and for the first time ever they ask for id and because its expired they turned him away but when i call annie or amy answered and when im asking if that’s something new she says “not since i been working here “ and i can tell she has an attitude because its all in her tone of voice so i asked to talk to the manager she didn’t even respond just put me on hold I thought she hung up on me until the music started playing 🤨 but the manager got on and said if my husband wanted to do a different amount he could come back and try. 1st off y’all should’ve explained that to him while he was at the store. Customer service needs to be improved
