Needed a 15ft truck to move out of state but unfortunately there were none close to us so the woman we spoke to said she would “split the difference with us on a 20ft truck. With insurance we were told the price would be $1790 out the door when we picked up the vehicle to ensure we had the money in our account. When my fiancé went to pick up the vehicle the price was bumped to $1931 and was told told there was “no way” that $1790 was the price we were quoted. You “record and monitor” all calls so please go back and hear what the woman told us because when moving out of state every penny counts and we feel like we were baited and switched. Oh and the hour on hold to wait for a customer service representative and never get through doesn’t help the situation at all. Thanks Uhaul!

Ive rented two trucks from this same location and Ive had a great experience both times they are very nice there and are very helpful

Went in for a 11 an appt told 2 hours at 3 pm left with car with no hitch. Hour there 4 hrs waiting an hour home 6 hrs gas and tolls and no hitch.Stay away from this place bad ju ju

Went to have a hitch installed, which was ordered online 3 weeks ago, and they couldnt find the part.

Ive been on hold for 28 min and 42 seconds. I know they are in the store and I know that they just keep people on hold without picking up the phone.

Made a reservation for a 9 cargo van but was told that none were available when I arrived. However, they rented me a 10 box truck instead at the same price per mile as the van which I really appreciated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were very happy with the manager, Jeff, and the service the first time we called. He had everything ready to go and was very helpful and patient with the changes in our plans. I would highly recommend this U-Haul. The trucks are in good shape and clean; they explain everything, and are very helpful. Good management. Good company.

Never had to use uhaul for anything and never wanted to go thru the effort to actually do so. Had to pick up a trailer today and Riley (hopefully spelled that his name right) was super helpful and efficient! Will definitely use the services provided in the future if needed again.

Never has been able to fulfill a rental contract. Not even once in the 6 times I have tried. Will never do business with any location ever again. Even refused to honor their guaranteed rental policy.

I rented a open utility trailer(5x9). It was perfect for what i needed. I used the online reservation system. It saved a lot of time and was convenient.

Experienced a seamless interaction with all UHaul employees and website. Vehicle was clean and in working order. After hours drop off was quite easy I would say though it was hard to tell where to park the vehicle. I would highly recommend this location.

The worst customer service ever!! I prepaid for my hitch to be installed on a Jeep. They called me and asked me if I wanted to drive to Buffalo to get the parts and bring them back to Greece. Have emailed customer service, called the office, chatted online and have heard nothing. At least refund me. Awful

Read this before using them!They charged me an extra 30 dollars and refuse to do anything about it. I called them to talk about it and they all agree with me, in that I should not have been charged what I was charged. Everyone confirmed my original receipt says X, but my card was charged X+30. I constantly get ”transferred” to a different person, and when I explain it to the next person and even sent a screen shot of my statement and they agree; I should have been charged X and they dont understand why I was...so they transfer me until I get no response from the next person. I leave a message and no one wants to call me back or do anything about it...I guess it makes sense, its not their money. 🖕🏼.I hope whoever reads this avoids this place, and the headache they will leave you with.

Highly recommend this location! I had a terrible experience at Uhaul of Henrietta where they completely screwed up my reservation. Heather is an absolute angel. She helped me fix my reservation and load my car onto the autotransport. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. Give Heather a raise!

The guys that were running the store that night did a great job in their recommendation of the van to use because of the room I needed. It was a seamless process from start to finish even in a snow storm...lol. These guys were awesome!

No point in making a reservation, you’ll show up and they won’t have your truck. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Horrible service I went there to get 2 propane tanks filled I pulled up hit th button and sat there and waiting for 30 min watching the 2 people working just walk circles around me never even acknowledging me. They helped everyother person pulling in after me before me got to the point that I grabbed my tanks and left II DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place for anything its been like that every time Ive ever been there they are very SLOW.

Im giving them time to resolve my issue before deciding if they are a bunch of crooks.Long story short- I made the error of locking the keys in the truck. They are billing me $168. What kind of rental company doesnt keep spares or know a guy who can unlock the truck for free.Hell, I would have done it myself had I known itd cost this much.

Reserved a 20 truck two weeks in advance....day of pick up they informed me that the truck was not there. No trucks were available at all.....not even a van!They told me the Irondequoit location had a 20 available but I would have to go get it.They didnt get it the night prior or offer any compensation.The Long Pond location is run by horrid service that gives you a SOL attitude and dont care about you at all.No integrity, No ethics.....your reservation # means nothing.Rent from a fifferent location or company.Long Pond Uhaul is not worth the frustration on a day that is already going to be taxing.

First time U-haul experience, great quick and fast took about 5 mins to get me prepped and prepared to get me into my moving vehicle would definitely use there services again
