The people are nice enough. Dont let a rock hit your car though where the work was done, because the clear coat will fall apart and peel (this isnt covered by the lifetime warranty).

Wife and I had a car repaired and they did a good job. They asked if we wanted update on the progress but never heard anything until it was done. It was nice the car rental place was there and gave us a nice vehicle to drive. From what I understand they used new genuine parts. No junkyard or aftermarket cheap parts.

Just picked up my car from Blue Ribbon where they repaired accident damage. Not only do the repairs look good, they detailed my car outside AND inside. They go above and beyond, and the whole staff is super nice. I will use them again but, hopefully, there will be no more spacey people hitting my car. :) Let’s just say I will recommend them to others.

They were great! After being told by one company that it would be months before they could even do an estimate, Blue Ribbon did one that afternoon. The parts were ordered and the repair was done within the timeline they have us. Overall, a great experience.

I am shocked at the lack of service given by the employees at blue ribbon. Two weeks ago my car was brought in because it was hit in the side by another driver. After not hearing the status of my car for two weeks, I called and they informed me it was totaled. I went in to clean out my car and get my license plates back only to find out they had thrown away my license plates. When I asked what they were going to do about the problem, without apologizing, they said it wasn’t their fault. I am truly shocked and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

After my vehicle was hail damaged, my insurance referred me to Blue Ribbon. They provided and estimate of how long the repairs would take and they stuck to it. Because I had a rental car, it was important that the work stay on schedule and it did! My vehicle needed some serious work and it turned out great! Great customer service paired with a highly skilled repair team.

I took my truck in for hail damage repair. Little did I know that this would be a process that lasted nearly 2 months.I have debated whether or not to give them one or two stars. Considering the repair costs, just over $10,000, I would expect quality work.I was excited to get my truck back just before a planned road trip. Within a day I found out water was leaking into the cab. I figured it probably was a small error and those things happen. I had to clean my seats and the back of my truck because of all the water that got inside. Blue Ribbon Auto Body got it in quickly. They said they had to reseal the window and I got it back the next day.A couple of days later, while it rained off and on the whole day, I found out water was getting into the cab much worse than before. Taking it in for a third time is frustrating. The glass guy said it was another problem, which they eventually found and fixed. The office staff didnt know what it was, though.When I picked it up for the third time, they said they cleaned up the water mess and fixed the problem. I am glad it appears the problem is fixed. However, there are water streaks going down the windows. The back seats still have water stains everywhere.As I was cleaning it today, I found there is glue left on the windshield as well as fingerprints that I scrubbed off with alcohol swabs.I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done. The office staff was great and helped ease my frustrations. I understand they contract a window replacement company, but this work is still reflective of Blue Ribbon Auto Body.Now, I will probably pay to have the interior detailed so the seats are not damaged in the long run. This venture is costing me more than the deductible.

This is a shady outfit! Son took car in for estimate on hail damage. Car with auto body shop for a month while insurance company decided what they were going to do. Took him to pick up his car and the all the wires were cut on one of the taillights. He asked what happened and why? The lady from front desk met him outside along with a man carrying his key. He was told his trunk was probably broke into. Son questioned why would someone break into his trunk just to cut all the wire on one taillight and leave everything of value inside the trunk. Man ended up throwing my sons keys at him. When he asked his name he refused to answer. This place will close soon. Especially, if this is how they treat customers who question the condition of their vehicle while in their possession.
