Each team member greeted me warmly and took the time to answer my Many questions. The manager, Duran - he is exceptional and goes out of his way to ensure client satisfaction AND he taught me about prior damage to my car that should have been correctly repaired and reported by the dealership where I purchased the vehicle.I fully encourage anyone to pick Gerber in Greeley with confidence as you will not be disappointed!
To start, the overall communication at this place is absolutely terrible. They told me my truck would be done in a month/4 weeks, which was fine. As the 4 weeks had approached and went by, I called to check for an update because I had yet to hear from them, and they proceeded to tell me it will be done “tomorrow” for a week straight. I got it back, and the repair on the front end looked good, but I could have done a better job on the paint then they did. there was swirl marks and scratches everywhere. I then called and they said it would take them 1-2 hours to rebuff and wax and polish. Then 4 hours later they called and told me that it would need to stay overnight and they would have it done at 12 the next day. I ended up getting it back around 3 the next day, and it looked just as bad as when I brought it in. Overall, the experience I had here was just terrible and I do not recommend going here.
Andrea and Samantha took amazing care of me. I was really concerned because I drive a high end SUV. However all my fears have been addressed and I am completely confident with the ability and skills of Gerber Collision & Glass. I will update my review when my vehicle is returned to me.
I am so happy with the work they did. My car was also cleaned and once I got it back, it felt new again They really did go that extra little mile, especially during Covid. Plus the customer service was excellent from the get go. Never once was I stressed.
Thank you all at Gerber for your courteous and helpful customer service and wonderful work on my car. My car was backed into and my passenger side was damaged pretty extensively. I took it to Gerber for repair. Not only did they keep me informed every step of the way, they were done well before the originally scheduled completion date. They got me back on the road quickly! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are efficient and no nonsense. Definitely a five star business!!!!
Excellent service! Paint job, thumbs up. Repairs, thumbs up. Cleaning and after-care, thumbs up. I am a young college kid whom had never experienced a car accident before. They answered all of my questions (Billy crushed it!), reception was great, and the mechanics walked me through all of the services they provided. It did take a few weeks to get in to be serviced, but the wait was well worth it. Once my vehicle was taken by Gerber it was serviced in a timely manner. They kept me informed of the repairs and pick-up times via text-message/phone calls. Highly recommend!
I have had my car serviced by Gerber Collision three times over the last two years and every experience with them has been great. They have taken great care in making sure I am consistently updated, as well as taken great care in making sure my car looks and runs just like new. The employes I have engaged with have been extremely friendly and helpful, specifically Brooke, Billy, and Duran. Brooke and Billy were amazing!!! They went out of their way to help me and my van was ready early and looked better than expected.Used them a second time and they were just as amazing!! I wish I could leave another review. Brooke and Duran went out of their way to help in a very difficult situation. They got us fixed up in no time at almost 1/2 of what they expected it to cost. I wont use any other shop! They always go 3 steps above.
Took a while to schedule a repair appointment, but once I was able to take vehicle in, the work was done quickly....and my vehicle looks great! I would definitely use Gerber again if needed!
The Gerber Collision & Glass in Greeley, did an amazing job repairing both of my cars which were in fender benders this year. Their staff was extremely efficient, personable and knowledgeable about what was needed to fix my cars-the repairs and paint jobs were amazing! The cars both came back spotless and all of the work was completed on time. They kept me up to date and I had zero worries. This location gets the highest of recommendations!
Great service. Even after the car was complete I was leaking coolant and they had me bring it in to see if it was related to the repair and it was not. But they still told me what was wrong with it and even helped me find a mechanic they work with to help me solve the issue. Very friendly staff. One happy customer here

My insurance company sent my claim over to you guys in JULY..I have not heard anything from you guys. I have called several times and not one person has gotten back to me. This is extremely unprofessional.
The office staff was amazing, they helped me out a lot especially when the glass person scheduled by corporate did not show up nor when they charged me right. I feel they were professional and awesome. I recommend this place to anyone, and low prices too!
I chose Gerber because of the brand name and reputation. I chose this location not because of the reviews but because the fact that they have a high enough customer service to where they responded to every single review. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. That appointment was confirmed and read back to me and I even ensured that I had the correct address. I called today to let them know I would be about 5 minutes late and the employee stated that I did not have an appointment and the earliest I could get in was 13 days from now. No remorse or remedy from the person on the phone.
Not really sure where to even to begin with this review. I was rear ended about a month and a half ago and choose to take my vehicle to Gerber because of reviews I had read online. I was very hesitant at picking a shop as I wasnt sure who would do the best work. But based on googles reviews of 5 stars I thought Id be in good hands. It took them about 3 1/2 weeks to replace my muffler and bumper damages. When I finally received my vehicle I was so excited to just get it back I failed to look thoroughly to make sure everything was to my liking. Unfortunately later that night I looked closer and was very displeased with the paint job as it had looked like they sprayed my vehicle with the bumper still on it. I have back up sensors for my back up camera on the back and there was dropped paint all over them. It looked like a 5 year old had done it. So I contacted Gerber to have them fix it as they said they guarantee their work. They set up a date for me to come back and have them fix it which happened to be 2 weeks out. I finally dropped it off to be fixed and they said it should only be a day job. So I went to work expecting a phone call from them. Well when 5:00 came around and I hadnt heard from them I figured I should probably contact them. The lady said oh Im sorry someone was supposed to call you and let you know it was done around 4. When I arrived to pick up my jeep the sensors where worse than they were when I dropped it off!! And to top it off it looked they they had just tried to scrap it off and cover it up with a white that kind of matched. The thing that prompted me most to write this review is that the lady said she didnt handle this claim she would take pictures and call me the next day. I never heard from them at all! And finally walking out to my jeep this morning and noticed the red light on my bumper had apparently fallen off to poor installation! I will be returning Monday to have another conversation. Would not recommend this shop to anyone who values and works hard to maintain and keep a nice vehicle.
Had a deer run into the drivers side of my truck while driving at night in Nebraska. The door handle was damaged, so the door would not work. I called Gerber Collision today, they invited me to come in same day and Duran fixed it on the spot. Now my truck is functional and one less worry. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Thank you!
Gerber really knows how to take care of their customers. I got in a wreck and the other persons insurance was paying for it and they took great care of me. I dropped off my car, they called enterprise for me right away so they would be there shortly to pick me up and then the gentleman walked around the car with me answering all of my questions. They only took 2 days to fix it and it looked amazing. When I dropped it off Danielle was really nice and friendly - she told me everything that had been done and that it ended up being more than insurance wrote the initial check out for but they were going to contact allstate to get the rest of the money. So hassle free, they really have great customer service! Also they cleaned my car for me on the inside and out, it was a great touch! :)
Me and wife have brought 2 of our cars here to get fix after irresponsible people wreck in to us, we always got treated good and their services where fast and worked directly with our insurance. I recommend this place good quality and fast.
Booked an appointment 1 month in advance with their receptionist. Received a call back 2 weeks later that they had over booked and would have to push my appointment back an addition 3 weeks. Would NOT recommend this shop if you want your car completed on time!
I called my insurance company, Safeco, more than a week ago after a hail storm. Was told their company would be contacting me within 2 days, I gave it some time due to a few storms back logging schedules. After some miscommunication and delays, we are all on the same page with everything moving in a positive direction. Rather impressed with their response in handling our familys situation. Staff was friendly and professional! Project managers kept me notified of where my car was in the process with regular updates! They fought to cover more work that was needed to make the car paint blend. Staff completed extra work to car for free to prevent further weather damage. Car came out looking like new!
Awful, awful, awful!!! MetLife insurance sent me here to get an estimate for hail, they were suppose to take a look at it and cut me my check so I can take it to the place of my choice to get fixed. Everything was fine until I told them I was going elsewhere to get my car fixed. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it to a tent down the street to get looked at. Sounded a little shady to me. Once they heard me on the phone calling MetLife to double check and make sure that was right, they changed there tune and took my car back. I wasn’t going to use them this time, but now I will NEVER use them!!!
Ive had my car here twice within the last year. The first auto claim was for a car accident. We paid the deductible and a few weeks later our car was fixed to the point it was before the accident. We were pleased. The second auto claim just happened and Ive been entirely let down. My car was involved in a hit and run. Luckily no one was in the vehicle. The impact was to the rear of the vehicle, but it also caused damage to my power steering and alignment. Ive been unsuccessful in getting my car repaired to the point it was before the accident. Ive been left with a car I cannot steer that constantly pulls to the right. My options to repair my car have been exhausted while working with Nationwide Insurance and Gerber.Edit: My car took over 6 weeks before it was returned to me. The cause of the delay was numerous trips to 2 different shops that did subwork in addition to delays with Nationwide Insurance. That being said, Sam at Gerber kept me informed and did her best to get my car fixed to the point it was before the accident.

Terrible experience here. I took my car in after the hail storm this summer to the Denver Gerber location. Understandably there were thousands of other people trying to get their cars fixed and the Denver Gerber was shipping cars to other locations around the state. I was fine with that and so my brand new truck was shipped to the Greeley location with the expectation of being done in 2 weeks.Fast forward three months and they finally got my car back after giving me the run around for the better part of 8 weeks. First it was Allstates fault for sending a check for the wrong amount which put them back a week but after that it was a continuous string of misleading information and excuses - guys supposedly injured and short crews, bad paint jobs, etc. I would have rather just driven the hail damaged truck around until they were actually ready to take on the work, even if it had been 6 months.In the end, they gave me $400 in visa gift cards to their credit, did not reimburse me for the out of pocket rental car expenses that I had when my coverage ran out, and got my truck back to me with a new ding/chip in the door (down to the steel) and a dome light that doesnt work. Just today they left me a voicemail saying that they didnt receive an insurance check and are sending me to collections. After speaking with the competent Denver office person, she talked to Allstate and resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes - a length of time that the Greeley office apparently cant afford to spend.While the Denver location seems competent, I will never take a car back there again and risk going through that saga again.

These guys have had my sisters car over 3 weeks just for a broken back window.They said it may take a little longer because they couldnt dig all the glass out of the seats so they will have to replace them... Then shes told something else. These people are clearly incompetent and have no car skills. Now my sister is stuck without a car and shes already maxed out her insurance on a rental.If you want stress in your life, TERRIBLE customer service, and the runaround then this is the place to go. If these morons dont have her car ready. Im contacting my attorney.
My auto insurance company recommended me to this shop after an accident. Things got off to a rocky start, so I worked directly with the manager Danielle. For the most part, they were right on schedule, their only delay was related to parts that needed to be installed from a local Toyota dealership. I got weekly texts and phone calls with status updates. There were a few frustrating parts, but as things worked out, I realized that it was the dealerships fault for the issues that came up and not Gerbers.I recently went back to have them look at something and Danielle was extremely professional and took care of me within ten minutes.In the end, the car looks great, they were very professional, and I would definitely go back.Thank you, 5 STARS ! ! !
