Ordered steak burger was pretty thin patty is my only issue but food tasted great an service was excellent.

I am always satisfied with this location.. they turn things around quickly and are very dependable. The atmosphere is always clean and the customer services is always amazing. The manager Mark always exceeds expectations... definitely knows what he is doing and has a great crew.

These guys are pretty great, super genuine and fast with their work. They will show you exactly whats going on with your car physically so youre never getting scammed. So glad i found this place. They will also make deals with you to combine prices.

I appreciate that they got the work done and the friendliness of the staff. What I didnt love, was having to leave my car overnight (AFTER it was there all day) just to get an oil change.

Went in for oil leak inspection and after several days I had to call them to see if they got around to it. They hadnt. They told me they checked it but never even put oil in it.They claimed to have cleaned the back of the motor off to inspect, but upon doing repairs, I discovered that the had actually done nothing with my vehicle but leave it outside running all day, burning my gas.

I took my car in to get serviced due to it having overheating issues I hit 82,000 miles On it so the timing belt and water pump needed to be replaced I spoke to one of the managers about the situation and well 2 1/2 weeks later my car is still overheating i’m not too happy about the service and the customer service at this Midas It seems like no work was done on my car

After being taken advantage of, by some local businesses- I found Midas and their superior manager- Mark. This was 15 years ago. Their prices may be a smidge(really) higher, but I spent thousands to fix what was mis handled by other local shops- while I was trying to get a deal.

Let me save you the headache...GO SEE JOHN SMITH AT BIG O GREELEY INSTEAD. Midas had to keep my car for over 24 hours for an oil change and brake pads. And I made an appointment, and was on time. Completely incompetent from Shop Manager to the cashier. I almost think this is candid camera and someone is just pulling a big prank on me. They are that bad. Went to Big O after Midas, and Big O fixed their bs for a competitive price within two hours. DO NOT GO TO MIDAS!

Didnt even call me back when I tried to get my ac looked at. Honestly I would call elsewhere, you would be better off going to First Class Auto in Evans. Midas isnt worth the trouble.

Staff was knowledgeable, plesant, helpful. The only problem was the time factor. Oil change took 1 1/2 hours. Service apart from that was excellent.

The receptionist today was above and beyond friendly. He had to multitask with customers and the phone ringing constantly, and was also bilingual. Overall the entire staff was friendly and my oil change was very quick. I did not feel pressures to buy anything extra like most places usually do.

I went to Midas just about 2 weeks ago to get an oil change. I called a day ahead of time to let them know the type of vehicle that I would be bringing in and made an appointment. When I brought it in, they didnt have my oil filter and had to send someone out to get it, and up charged me for the trip. I spent close to 2 hours to get an oil change. It was full synthetic so it was a pricey oil change, around $90. Fast forward 2 weeks, my oil change light comes on and when I check, the car is registering that there isnt oil left in the car. I have been leaking oil, and all that was left was less than a quarter cup of oil in my car, down from the more than 6 quarts that was initially added! The issue was with an improperly installed oil filter, which caused the leak. I spent that much money and time to have my oil change messed up! Seriously?! Why trust an auto shop to do full repairs if they cant do a simple oil change correctly and efficiently? Ridiculous.**update** Due to my car running dry from the oil change I got at Midas, my engine is done for. These people ruined my car. It had 22k miles on it and this poor excuse for a shops oil change completely ruined the engine. Stay away.

I went in here on a pretty slow Wednesday afternoon and they seemed like they were to busy to help me. The shop was not that full but what do I know. I took my to another shop right around the corner and they got me in that same day even though they seemed busy. Thanks for nothing.

I have used this place twice to get some work done on 2 different vehicles and VERY HAPPY with the work they done both the tech and front desk lady have been SUPER helpful in getting me back on the road they do honest work at a reasonable price I would recommend them to anyone

I want to give a big shout out to the guys working at Midas in Greeley! After I bent the frame of my car (from running over a trailer hitch on HWY 85) they were able to get the repairs done within a couple of days. They were pleasant to work with & fairly priced.

Well. I went in for a radiator flush 4 days ago havent drove truck cause its my work truck. This morning drove to my rig and something blew cant tell what yet. I understand maybe a hose which is fine but after opening my hood noticed they didnt put bolts back in my guard hose clamps not back on and didnt properly burp before I left. Cant believe that clamps not on and fan guard is just set there. Rediculous

I called ahead to place an appointment for an oil change at 1:30. Upon arriving I was informed the entire service and wait should be no more than one hour. Come to find out at 2:45 they just begin to service my car, and at 3:30 it is finally finished. What is the point of having an appointment if the wait is over an hour and this is the only place where its taken so long. Never coming back here again!

Do NOT take your vehicle here. Posting a review in hopes of saving someone the hundreds of dollars these crooks will charge you and then break what wasnt broken. Didnt even fix what we took the pickup in for originally after we waited two days in a hotel after being told it would only be a few hours. All the bad reviews above are accurate.

CROOKS! Based on my experience at this location, I will never bring my car to another Midas. I brought my vehicle in for some routine maintenance. A few days after getting my car back it broke down on the freeway. I took it to another Midas in the area and they let me know that it was likely a result of the service work I had done at the Greeley location. Soon after, the manager at the Greeley store called and insisted that I have my car towed from the Denver area store to the Greeley location. Even worse, they expected me to pay for the towing. When I refused, they conceded that problems were likely a result of their work and would pay for the towing in order to assess the vehicle in their shop. They towed the car and determined that the engine was in fact blown, but they determined it was through no fault of theirs. Shocking. The manager then offered to purchase the mid-sized SUV from me on behalf of a friend for the great price of $200. The new tires alone were worth more than $200. We opted instead to sell the vehicle to the local scrap yard for a fair price. This whole ordeal was negative, but the worst part of it was that in each of our interactions the manager (Mark) insisted and calling me condescending pet names like sweetie and kiddo. As a woman in my late 20s the pet names were both insulting and cringe worthy. Do yourself and your car a favor and find another mechanic.

Been going to Midas for years. Left my car thinking it was in a safe area. Well they forgot to pick me and while I called to see if they were still picking up. Come to find out my car was hit by a Midas employee. Something so avoidable. Not paying attention? I think its safe to say I wont ever leave my car or going to Midas again. BEWARE WHEN LEAVING YOUR CAR THERE. You might end up with a wrecked car.

I went here to get an oil change & was told I needed a new tire, there was a nail in it & it couldn’t be patched. I took it into the Subaru dealership where I lease the car & they said there was no nail & it was a small leak that could be patched. I hate being taken advantage of.

Tried calling three times to get a quote for a Muffler and tailpipe. Not once did they return my calls.

Had oil change and tire rotation. Service was great.

They say theyll have your car done in a few hours. Turns out, appointments dont matter to these clowns. My husband went to pick up his car 7 hours after it was supposed to be done and they had him wait in the waiting room for 2 more hours. Absolutely ridiculous. I am calling now to set up an appointment again (because my husband refuses to accept that these people are scam artists. I would NEVER take my car here) and Ive been on hold for almost 40 minutes. The woman at the desk answered and asked me to hold for a sec after I told her I needed to schedule an appointment and she still hasnt got back on the line. I am complaining to the BBB right after this.Update : I recieved an apology from the manager and an offer for a free oil change and safety inspection on my vehicles. I called yesterday (at 9am) to try and make an appointment, shockingly, nobody deemed it necessary to answer the phone and as of 1025am today they still havent called back and didnt answer when I called. Seriously, your front desk receptionist is the most worthless employee you could ever have. Why is she still there? Her only job is to answer phones (give an attitude) and apparently leave your customers on hold for over 40 minutes.This just puts even less faith in your company and I sincerely hope you fire her and give someone who will make your company look better a chance. There are people out there looking for jobs that will appreciate what they have.

Showed up at 545pm, they close at 7pm. The techs working on cars said they couldnt help us because the manager wasnt there (He was picking up a customer) we waited 20mins for the manager. When he arrived we explained what we needed. (A gasket lookup) he said he couldnt look it up because it was after 5pm, and also wouldnt quote us for a weld. If you wont help customers after 5, then dont post your hours until 7pm. Definitely wont ever go back there.

I took my car to Midas in Aurora, CO, and never had any problems, so when I started having problems with my power steering, I took my car to Midas here in Greeley, CO. They told me the Power Steering pump would need to be replaced, so I said okay. It took them 5 days to do a job that should have only taken a few hours. A few days later, the power steering started acting up again, so I took my car back to them because the pump had a warranty on it. They said the pump would need to be replaced again because they had put in a remanufactured pump. These so-called mechanics at Greeley Midas have no idea what theyre doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO MIDAS IN GREELEY!

Do not take your car here! I had a 4:00pm appointment, I called at 6:00pm the lady told me theyre taking my car back now. I asked her 30 minutes and she said yes. I show up at 6:30 and the still have not taken my car back. What a total waste of time. I asked for my keys and left.

This is the 4th time theyve had our vehicle in their shop. Check engine light keeps coming back on. Youd think on a returning job, they would have had the car in the bay first thing. Nope. We dropped off the vehicle last nite so they could get on it straight away. Nope. 3:30pm, we have to take it out for one more test drive. 5:30 pm, we have to take it out for one more test drive. What the heck have you been doing for two hours? FIX OUR VEHICLE before starting a new job for another client. FOUR TIMES TO GET THE JOB RIGHT? I hope we dont have to come back a 5th time. You can be sure we wont be bringing any other mechanical problems to you.

I get my oil changed here... I feel the prices might be a little high but in defense they do a vehicle inspection during an oil change and not just a filter check. Sometimes they fall behind and you either have to wait for them to catch up or leave and come back. Havent had an issue with the actual service though.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.I knew the car problem was either the alternator or the cables. I asked them to do one thing, check the resistance in the cables because you need to remove a tire to get to the battery and I dont have a jack or stands. They charged me 60 dollars for a diagnostic service that is done for free at an auto parts store like oriellys or autozone. Then tried to say it would cost 480 dollars to replace my alternator (over priced by 50 to 100 dollars). Then tried to sell me on the midas credit card when I balked at the price.These people are not mechanics, theyre salesmen and they will over charge you. My normal mechanic quoted me at 100 dollars less, and I am doing the replacement myself today for about 200 dollars less (this includes buying the part, buying a jack and stand kit, buying several sockets and wrenches, and paying a friend to let me use their driveway).Over all I give them two stars because I learned a lesson about using free services before paying for the same services and I got my own car jack. The people there are also pretty nice, so there is that, but beware a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Scheduled an appointment to take my car in for an oil change. I received a coupon in the mail for 19.99 oil change but I also wanted them to look at my exhaust since my car was really loud. When I got to the midas the lady was very nice and checked me in, when I showed her the coupon she said that their location didnt take it. I was confused because it had the address of the Greeley midas on the coupon, she claimed the owner doesnt allow them to accept that coupon which made no sense considering the coupon was for their location. She claimed the coupons were sent an error and by corporate, even so they should still honor the coupon. It was just frustrating. So to decided not to get an oil change or get my noisy car checked out, if they honored the coupon I would have used their services to fix my noisy car but now I wont go back.

Mark, the Manager & Mike the Mechanic were great with troubleshooting the service engine light issue with our 2000 BMW & also repairing it at a fair price!I dont even want to know what BMW would have charged us!

Awful service!!! We brought our Jeep in because the brakes werent responding well enough to get the vehicle properly tested for emissions and the tail lights werent working. We were assured by the manger (Mark) that the brake inspection would be free and they would get to the lights and brakes the following day.After almost 2 weeks of no contact, we returned to Midas and talked with Mark. He told us the car still hadnt been looked at but he would call us with an estimate of repairs that night. He also mentioned that he called the emissions place and we needed to get a new part in order to pass emissions and they were (ever so kindly) tracking down the part for us.No call that night and no call for the next week!!! We finally went in again after 5 total weeks of no car/no contact. They still had not done the light inspection (the part we were paying for). They finally had an estimate for the other repairs though but got EXTREMELY defensive when we informed them that we talked to the manager of the emissions testing facility and were told that the part Midas wanted to put on was not a requirement for our vehicle and in fact the part didnt even exist for our make/model/year of car.We decided not to do the repairs they suggested (we felt massively uncomfortable with their service at this point due to their lack of communication, defensiveness, and the strange thing about that extra part!). When we went to pick up the car, they wouldnt give us our keys!!!! They flat out refused and said we had unpaid charges on our account but refused to tell us what for. They made us come back an hour later to talk with Mark personally. He finally gave us our keys. They never did the light inspection. Thankfully, they finally dropped the fees because they never did the light service.Overall, we wasted lots of time (over a month) and it put a lot of strain on our family. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. We felt talked down to, ill-informed, and manipulated. Id strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. I dont feel comfortable with the service at Midas at all!!!

There good what they do

I had an exhaust leak, I know where there is a Midas. It is a simple if my tools were not packed away I do it myself. They do the work I am happy, drive the car 2 wks place in storage, Move to Texas for the winter, 6 months later Im back to the car to Texas, drive the car doing errands. I hear exhaust leak, it is getting worse. Notify Midas about leak. Mark,, manager tells me they only warranty the gasket 90 days, I explained my situation the car being in storage. He repeats 90 days claims something else is wrong with exhaust if the gasket is leaking again so soon. Its THURSDAY tell him I will bring it in on the weekend. Mark said great! doesnt use common courtesy to tell me they are closed on Sunday, 2 hrs wasted Sunday because of traffic. I look underneath, notice 1 nut on the flange, easy fix! Monday drive car to Midas to have for repair. they tell me 4 hrs. What, it takes 5 min to fix Mark starts with excuses refuses to admit they either it wasnt tighten or the nut wasnt used. I call midas HQ, I am still waiting. THIS MIDAS GIVES POOR SERVICE STAY AWAY INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPETENT STAFF.

Just went here for a quote 3 people in the office doing nothing one guy who came out with food on his shirt asked greeted me than i told him about the problum with my car he couldnt quote me said he had to see the car i said okay ill bring it here im just 5 mins away he said he cant look at it till monday becuase hes all booked o see 2 lifts open no cars on it all the cars at the shop was parked my dad owns a shop in California only reason i am not doing the work my self is becuase i dont have the tools. I asked him how much a oil change will be just to see his prices try to tell me 50$ i have a 91honda accord 50$ what is this guy smoking well jjust dont go here

Theyre nice people and fair priced

First of all it is a car shop so we know the prices are gonna be thru the roof. Shame on us for not having self knowledge on cars but thats the price you pay. Other than that the people their are very nice even on a busy day they got my car in and out of their knowing the jam I was in to get it done ASAP. Every auto shop has its good and bads but overall the good out weighs the bad at this auto repair shop.

First time u took my truck to midas to have them looked to see what wrong they looked over my truck and fix a couple thing.But they didnt say anything about my steering gear leaking and power steering fluid all over down there.Then I took it back to get exhaust fix.I told them that my brake masters cycle was bad they told me the would check it out then call me and told me it was not the brake masters.It was my back brake and drums.I told them to replace it and when I want back to get my truck the brake was still bad.I told them it the brake master.So they replace it becuz I had a warranty on the one I put in.the brake was great.So they replaced my back brake and drum for no reason. Then on top of it they fix my exhaust and I have nothing but check engine light now.First it was O2 senser I fix that now Im get a po420.Take it back to midas and told them about it.They check it out But still really didnt have a answer why my check light throw a code po420.I well never go back 2 midas.They really suck

Midas had my car for a week and said they fixed it so I paid them and drove it home. One hour later it did not start and still does not start. I called the manager and he got mad at me and hung up.Later I noticed bolts were left on the hood and the air-intake-cover is missing. Poor workmanship and problem not fixed.

Good for oil changes

Im no longer going to midas for my car needs, first they forget to pick me up when I was told someone was on their way, then the woman doing my bill gives me someone elses bill which was cheaper :) then she calls me saying I owe 86 And some change because of her mistake. Poor customer service period. Not recommend.

Extremely Expensive, refused work when i refused work the mechanic made a rude comment saying all the work that they did for nothing and rudely threw the keys on the counter, front desk lady was nice tried lowering price down put labor its way to much, never going back thats not the service you would expect, and definitely need to get rid of those Rude mechanics it was not nice at all having someone threw keys at you, he was lucky I was a girl, dont recommend at all
