Ive taken my 2009 Forester here for maintenance and service for almost 3 years. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and pleasant to interact with. I feel confident in the mechanics expertise.

Very happy my daughter got her 1st car.

- Super nice customer service- Got an oil change, car started blowing alot of oil smoke in the cabin after the fix.- I checked the oil and they filled it to about 2-3 times the amount above full.- I had my engine blow before due to overfilling the oil and they didnt even manage to check it before returning my car.- Terrible at oil changes, but maybe theyre better at other fixes.

We just got a flat tire the first day after buying our used vehicle (no fault of Greeley Subaru or the vehicle, these things just happen). Greeley Subaru had the tire repaired and I was out the door in 40 minutes and I wasnt charged a thing! Thank you to Brendon and the service team for taking such good care of us!

Ive owned my 2019 Outback since January of 2019 and had a great experience here. One of the perks of buying here is the free car washes for life. Ive saved a lot of money over the course of my 30,000 miles of commuting with this car. The free carwashes are well worth the short wait because they have awesome coffee and the staff is very helpful, friendly and professional.

I have an older Subaru. They have no idea why all my lights stay on. They said it was my catalytic converter but the catalytic converter was replaced with another Subaru catalytic converter. They look at me with a puzzled look on their faces.

Friendly people willing to help you. We now have a new Ascent and love it. We went to the dinner and they showed us around the place. Won some gifts and learned about their service area. It was fun. I would recommend Karen as a sales person. If you do go tell them I sent you.

I went to Subaru about a month ago to get a tire alignment. After the alignment, some employees washed my carpets but left them without drying them. I came back the next day as it started smelling like mold. I was not very upset then as I knew they were just trying to be nice but one of the service advisors Noe was very rude and tried to say that since it wasn’t him doing it that it wasn’t their problem. I was very upset by this because regardless if he knew about it, he is an advisor and should have handled the situation very differently. I will not be returning to this dealership again.

Starting off, this place is nothing less of perfect. I recently purchased a Subaru Forester and I had a check engine light pop up and I had no idea what to do. I brought it in to Greeley Subaru, and everyone was extremely helpful in telling me what the probable problem was and how long it would take to diagnose it and get it back to me. I love it when establishments are up front and honest with you and thats exactly what Greeley Subaru is. The most amazing part of my experience with Subaru was during the shuttle pick up to get my completely fixed car. The young mans name was Oscar and he told me he was still in highschool working a part time job. That really tugged at my heart strings because I remember when I was a teenager and I needed a job to help my Dad pay the bills. Along the shuttle ride, the young man was extremely kind and and struck up great conversation. This boy gives me hope in future generations of workers in our country and the potential of what they can create.
