In the mall, but kiosk is not open and hasnt been open for a while according to vendors next to it.

I waited for a while at this kiosk and turns out the employee was chatting it up a few kiosks down with the guy selling body jewelry.. the employee had no answer for any of my questions (like do you sell tips? Do you sell empty bottles? Do you sell small carrying cases?) then after returning home i find out dude sold me a bottle of e-juice that wasnt even sealed. In my opinion, stay away.. Go to a shop instead.
