Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant or better yet, book a private party! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Green Bay. Highly recommend!

This place is INCREDIBLE. From the waiting staff, to food quality, atmosphere, and authenticity. I felt like royalty, I really did. The food. Oh my lord, the food... I attended a wedding reception and we had endless hors doeuvres which included (but not limited to) several choices of fish, caviar, seafood, red meat, cheeses, breads, and vegetables. The interior is modern industrial and utilizes original architecture from the building which includes red brick, old school hardwood floors, and much more. The atmosphere is topped with edison bulbs with a warm temperature giving a romantic/relaxing/aged feel. The owner/chef was delivering food HIMSELF, and was incredibly humble, and polite to guests. He valued our feedback and loved seeing the enjoyment we got from tasting his creations. This was hands down, without a question the best wedding venue Ive ever been to. I will be considering it for my own wedding!

Chris is one of the nicest and coolest guys youd ever want to meet. He took great care of us after we finished shooting a TV show here recently. The restaurant is really awesome has a rustic feel and there is a really cool private member lounge upstairs. Not to mention the food he prepared for us was nothing short of AMAZING! Absolutely the best ramen I have ever had. The hard boiled egg inside was the most perfectly cooked medium boiled egg Ive ever had and the pork belly was crispy and tender and tasted just like bacon. I cannot wait to go back to Green Bay and hang with Chris and eat as his restaurant again.

This is THE PLACE to eat in Green Bay if youre looking for an amazing experience with even better food and drink. Its an intimate space, and the best seats are at the bar directly in front of the open kitchen. Youll get to watch all of the magic happen as the heavenly aromas fill the space.

Absolutely the best Thanksgiving meal, hands down. While I’m a self-proclaimed foodie, and definitely not a critic, I will try and break it all down.Turkey Breast Ballotine: Turkey breast stuffed and rolled with a combination of herbs that delivered a punch of wonderful flavor while maintaining the flavor of the turkey and the desired moistness that melts in your mouth. Nobody wants dry turkey!Turkey Jus: Full of flavor accented by thyme and pepper.Maple Roasted Sweet Potato Puree with Coriander and Marshmallow: Silky smooth puree with a level of creaminess accented by the marshmallow. Sweetness of the marshmallow was well-balanced with the coriander.Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Crème Fraiche: How do you possibly elevate the simple potato? Believe me, it can be done. The Crème Fraiche added a beautiful creaminess and it was seasoned perfectly.Caramelized Brussel Sprouts with Cherrywood Bacon and Aged Saba: Roasted to perfection, and the taste of the brussel sprout was accentuated by the bacon and sabaCranberry Relish with Kumquat and Pink Peppercorn: While cranberries and kumquats are know for being sour, this dish had just the right balance of sweet and sour, and the addition of the pink peppercorns added a nice kick.Aged Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuit with Whipped Maple Butter: The perfect combination of sweet and salty.Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream: While every dish was gluten-free and I have had a wide variety of pies, I have never come across a crust that was so amazingly buttery and flaky.Delicata Squash Soup: Beautifully creamy with a hint of heat, but not overpowering the mild flavor of the squash.Red Wine Poached Pear Salad with Maple Sherry Vinaigrette: Flawlessly poached to maintaining the texture and flavor with the chicory offering a slightly woody taste. Simple yet elegant vinaigrette that compliments very well.Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: A whopping lb of shrimp marinated with citrus. A classic done just right.Maine Lobster Salad: ½ lb lobster full of flavor, perfectly balanced, indescribably terrific!Deviled Eggs: Another classic, but elevated to another level with horseradish, not overwhelming at all, pickled mustard seed, and ham. Must try!And finally, a bottle of Chardonnay!Once again, Chris and his crew have way outdone themselves!

We were excited to finally try this unique restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful and because you can watch the staff cook in front of you, the air was buzzing with energy. Because the menu changes every time they open, I wont go into the food too much. Just know that every plate we ordered was scrumptious.

Because the menu changes every time they open, I wont go into the food too much. Just know that every plate we ordered was scrumptious. We couldnt believe how tasty everything was. One plate better than the next. We even saved room for dessert too. We were stuffed to the gills but our tastebuds were so happy.

An awesome event catered by 335. Friendly, knowledgeable, and, cheerful staff. They left our home in better condition than when they arrived! The important part, the food was fabulous! Land, sea, and air; each course better than the previous. Thank you Chris and staff.

We hired Chris and his staff for a dinner party held in our home. I cannot express what a wonderful experience everyone had. Chris and his staff are definitely at the top of their game, and second to none. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and the attention to the guests and all of the details. The staff is truly second to none. There was a gentlemen answering the door and taking coats, a server passing hors doeuvres, a gal taking drink orders, and a fantastic selection of charcuterie during our cocktail hour. The seven-course meal was some of the best food weve eaten and our guests said the same. Chris was able to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten free, vegetarian, and a seafood allergy, which looked so similar to what everyone else was eating, that guests needed clarification that it was indeed vegetarian and sans seafood! The staff even recorded our champagne toast, which revealed a huge surprise, so we can remember such a special day. And I have to mention that our kitchen was left even more clean than when they arrived! So a huge thank you goes out to Chris and his staff for making this such a memorable event! If we ever do anything like this in the future, a call to the traveling chef will be first on my to-do list!

A dining experience unlike any other in Green Bay. Every meal at 335 is hand-crafted in an open-air kitchen by classically trained, professional chefs.Popular as a event space for high-class business meetings, they are able to thrive on being open to the public only one day per week, so make sure you have reeservations. Also, the menu changes frequently, so there is always something new to try.

My party ate a variety of items from the menu, and the feed back was very positive. Menu will be shorter on the options, which becomes a positive since that allows the menu to cycle monthly. Busy, good atmosphere, but a bit pretentious. My two star reduction is for the lack of knowledge on the wines being served, the pour, the glassware used, and the value of the glass price with no option for a bottle on the majority on the short list. First, the glassware used for both red and white was short libbey highball glass. Second, the whites were served room temp. Third, the pour was not generous in anyway, arguably short. Fourth, the price for all of the above was $9 a glass for a Riesling; for comparison, the cheapest Merlot was $13. While these prices are not unheard of, when combined with the aforementioned, the value to have a few beverages here is simply not worth it.

There is simply no debate that this is the best restaurant in Green Bay. The experience is so terrific that it doesnt even feel like youre in Green Bay. Top quality chefs, service and atmosphere. Sometimes there is great music. The food can be presented as tapas so its fun to pass around and share the dishes that no one has ever had before. Simply perfect and deserving of all praise.

If I had to say anything about the place, Id say to make sure you have reservations. It gets packed. And although the chef appeared to have a bit of an ego (you could see him scolding his staff whenever someone made a mistake) his food almost earns him the right. Almost.

This meal was phenomenal. We had a large group, all of us from out of town, and Chris pretty much just cooked the whole menu for us. We had the most amazing hummus and duck confit to start. Beautifully hand picked artisan cheeses and meats, and the liver pate was the best Id ever had. The tomato bruschetta was spectacular, as was the chicken meatballs, pork belly and sablefish dishes. Each bite was divine, the presentation was creative and thoughtful, and the atmosphere was perfection. And if I could have taken jars of that butterscotch budino to go, I would make a fortune selling it in Dallas. Way to go Green Bay. I cant wait to come back.
