Bought this air filter on eBay for a 2004 CanAm Bombardier. Package is just what I ordered and to my surprise was delivered in 4 days

Geez this place is a rip off I guess I should have checked Google before I trusted them on Amazon. Bought a piston from them that shattered in my engine cost me an additional $124 to replace the head because of the Piston shattering. Sent back the product they sent me an email saying that they were going to charge me a restocking fee I hadnt even had the part less than 15 days and it went 30 ft in my driveway before the item shattered in my ATV. Contact them through customer service theyre just looking to steal from people do not do business with this company Ive already contacted the BBB and set up a file to complain against them because of them stealing from everybody

Poor Service!! Ordered through Amazon and they did not ship or let Amazon know anything. Finally received an email from Amazon stating that Forward Sports has provided no information on the order in the expected time frame to Amazon so they could not continue to process the order. Tried to call and keep getting nothing but answering service from Forward Powersports. Buyer beware!!

I purchased a motorcycle drive chain late on Friday and it was on my bike by Wednesday noon.chain was as advertised and packaged well. I will order from them again.

They Won’t answer emails, won’t return phone calls. Defunct company. They will take your money and ship your package to a random state and then sign for it. 100% a scam company. The are also breaking federal and state tax laws by not collecting tax on orders. Reported.

Absolute terrible customer service, I lost $55 with this company after sending something certified mail and nobody being able to sign for it. Explained to me they’re so short staffed, and most times when items are sent certified mail there is problems. It was a $340 snowmobile helmet. Nothing good to say about this company. Voicemails were never returned, not even willing to work with a person, absolute horrible horrible horrible company.

I purchased a helmet from them that they were selling on eBay listed as new and when I got it it had a manufacture date of five years ago and fit poorly even though the measurements said that I should order a medium. Then the seller told me they’d be happy to send me an RMA and a return label for the $40 helmet. Once I sent it back they refunded me the $40 and then went to eBay to have them charge me an additional $47 for return shipping! I’m pretty sure that the DOT and Multiple helmet manufactures suggest replacing your helmet once it reaches five years because the materials in it start to break down. The same goes for a new helmet regardless of whether it’s been worn or not the plastic and foam and padding in that thing are five years old. Shame on you! So the seller has the new helmet back in unused condition AND $47 dollars. Seema like a sweet deal for them! They stole $47 and will resell the old and possibly unsafe helmet. I smell a lawsuit brewing

Never received my helmet. They wouldnt return money or contact FedEx. They referred me to Fedex. I lost $64 dealing with this company.

We ordered a helmet and it was too small for my husband. We called and called with no answer. My husband left message after message, no response. Very disappointed an left with a helmet we can’t use.

They guaranteed delivery by friday may 15 but its now the 16th I havent herd anything from them and when I go to mark it as late it wont let me
