Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I’m from Washington visiting family in Green Vally and when I needed an oil change I wasn’t sure where to go. I just picked Jim Click service off google. Anna at the service desk was so nice and attentive. The service mechanic found a leak and had Anna take me back and they showed me on the lift. We talked and decided it was not an immediate issue, when we did the service tech offered to clean the area so I could check later and identify the leak. They were fast too admitted it is not always that way but fast today. Nothing but great things to say today! Thank You Team at Jim Click!

Left an extensive review yesterday. Prices are outrageous. $150 to do a diagnostics test. But they would use that if I opted to get their overpriced work done there. They gave me a list of all the things I needed to have done. Cabin filter, air filter, Oil change, brakes, brake line bleed and a whole bunch of other stuff. Sorry, (no not really), but their prices and implied safety concerns to try and force me to get things done that I dont want or need. I just wonder how many other of their customers are intimidated into buying these things. Things they may or may not need, with no way of confirming that need. Needed a ride home. But they dont do that anymore. COVID was blamed. There wasnt a comfortable seat in the building. All blocked of because of COVID. The Cafe was closed. Yep. COVID again. But people walked into the dealership, not wearing their masks, even with all the signs. The service person greeted them. Opened the door. Escorted them into the dealership. No mention of a mask. No attempt at 6 ft distancing. Makes me sad. Will never go there again. Will never tell anyone to go there.

Was dissapointed there was no shuttle, then no tv to pass the 1 1/2 hour. The service rep was very nice.

I had read the stories about this place another review sites. The non-working phone number and the fact that theyre weeks out just for an oil change. Skeptical me decided to give them a call. Phone number does not work. Skeptical me still decided to go in person II tried to get an oil change. The place looked pretty calm and empty and I was told that they were two weeks out for a single oil change. I have gone to other quick Lanes in the country and I have never ever been told it is two weeks out. I should have believed what I read. As a Ford owner and loyal customer I am pretty sure that I will never use this place for service or to buy a car since the reviews for the dealership are equally bad. I dare anyone to find out otherwise on their own. Dont even waste your time but if you do I told you so.
