Similar experience as Scott Mandel. I had a beautiful glass top pedestal table that was purchased from a high-end furniture gallery that I thought the shop could use for a display or to quickly flip for a nice profit since I was going to give it to them for free. When I approached the blonde lady at the counter I said, I have a nice high-end table.., to which she snapped back, SIR, CANT YOU SEE WE DONT CONSIGN FURNITURE!. After her comment, I explained that I was offering it for free to use for display or to sell with no strings attached, and then the woman continued in her exceptionally snotty tone saying that I could contact the owner, to which I replied that I would offer the table to someone else and promptly left the store. This was my first and last time to go into this business. I came in to be friendly and simply offer them something really nice if they were interested, there is no excuse for the blonde womans attitude. I for one will never go back.

I brought in a $200 Liz Claiborne mens lambskin jacket an official Cardinals jersey and some other very nice pieces to consign and they would not take them. I dont know what they want, but they wont be getting any business from me. The woman had a very snooty attitude as well.

Love taking my clothes to Trendz! Such a good and easy way to make money on your clothes you dont want anymore. And a good place to buy new ones! Always have really nice and clean clothes. The inside is also always decorated super cute! Check out their sale rack too! Always full of great stuff that is super affordable! They also use a point system, for every dollar you spend you earn a point and after 200 points they offer a $10 credit!! Highly recommend for your shopping days :)

I drive down to Green Valley from Tucson just to go to the store its awesome I love it and I love the people that work there the prices are great and that quality is wonderful as the saying goes try it youll like it!!! Ive been going for quite a number of years now.

Such a cute boutique! The ladies that work here are always so helpful and the owner really knows how to take care of her customers. They always have the cutest clothes and best deals! I have only had great experiences every time I shop at this boutique and will continue to come here!

I have shopped for years and spent a good deal of money at Trendz and have sent all of my friends to the Trendz Boutique. I have recommended Trendz to others when I attend my classes at GVR, church, book club, Elks and The Legion. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Trendz have a great selection of clothes, jewelry and shoes. I was disappointed, with a recent transaction but since then, the Trendz owner has called, apologized for the mistake and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you, Janice.

I called 3 days ago to find out how their Consignment Business worked. I was told I could come in on Mondays without an appointment and drop off up to 6 Items. The next day I came in to fill out the Consignment Form. As I was leaving, I said goodbye and will see them Monday to drop off my Items. Today (Monday), I arrived at 2:10 and waited for the cashier to finish with 2 people. When it was my turn, I was told it was too late, that you have to show up between 10-2. I said no one informed me... I do Volunteer Work (my shift is 10-2), so I would have noted that the time conflicted with my shift. The Cashier didnt express any remorse for the miscommunication, but said I could go talk to 2 other women in the back room. They were even ruder, barely giving me eye-contact, but pointing to a rack and stated how busy they were (one woman said it twice). I was hoping they would make an exception, but I didnt even get an apology. A very disappointing experience for our small town.I have gently worn sweaters and new jackets. I am a retired professional Ballroom dancer with many blingy outfits, perfect for weddings and the Holiday Season. Sadly, they lost my business as a buyer and Contractor.PS... I noticed another 1-Star Review (Lisa) who had a similar experience a month ago. In my opinion, Trendz did not learn from that example.

That lady that said everyone was rude, I dont know who she dealt with because everyone I have dealt with has been very nice, polite, and sometimes downright helpful.The clothes are all in excellent shape, and the prices are pretty good. They have a variety of sizes, even plus sizes and petites.The only complaint I can conjure up (and it pretty much is a conjuring act, as overall, the place is great) is sometimes it takes a long time to check out when there is a long line of people. There is only one computer for check out. They should put in a second one. Also, a couple times, the computer was down and they required cash, but this is not usual. A second computer would have fixed that problem, also.

This is a must visit whenever I am in Green Valley AZ. Great selection of clothes in a wide range of sizes. Plenty of costume jewelry and a bit of fine jewelry in a case by the register. Fitting rooms are large. Friendly staff and they have a membership program to earn points for discounts.

Trenz is one of my favorite places to shop. It is truly in a class by itself with its style, prices,and top of the list is Janice and her great staff..they make a point of really giving you outstanding service and they are so knowledgeable when it comes to helping you make a selection or putting that special outfit together. When you see their inventory and how neat, clean and how its presented its hard to imagine that you are in a consignment store....let me say a high end quality consignment. Its FABULOUS.

I had an amazing experience shopping in Trendz. I walked in looking for an August jacket but walked out with 10 items that were too beautiful to leave behind. Included with my purchase where two European sandals that were a fraction of the cost if purchased new. Will be returning soon.

RUDE! Manager/owner? I don’t know because she didn’t give me the time of day to find out about how the store work she! Gave me a paper to fill out and a pen and walked away. Finally came back and still very RUDE and not explained to me.I have about 12 articles of clothing for her to sell. Several WITH TAGS. One is a pair of Tori Richards pants with tag $125. Another a pair of Nicole with tags $58. Ect, ect, ect. I WONT BE PAYING HER ELECTRIC BILL NEXT MONTH!
