This is probably the nicest Circle K in the Tucson area. They have all new equipment and sell an extra large 1 item pizza for 6.99 that is actually pretty good.Only negative is that this circle k is located in old people land (Green Valley). I hate that everyone drives 10 to 15 below the posted speed limit.

This location is the fastest dropping Circle K I have ever seen. They have dirty bathrooms.There soda and icee machines are broken more than they are up. Mountain Dew Zero has been out for four months with no sign on it. They are often out of cups or lids. I had to go to three gas pumps to find one that would take credit card. If a pump is having problems with cards put a sign on it so we do not have to stop, get out of car try it then get back in to move to another pump. We are a retirement community and a lot of seniors have poor health and this is hard. Circle K has been doing a lot of giveaways this last month and several times they did not have the item in the store or out of stock. They have a pizza deal but every time I have gone the storage oven was empty. I have quite going to see if they have pizza. Cleaning should be done more that it is. If you have that many customers then you should beable to afford an employee to clean the place better. The line is very long waiting to check out. The new self checkout fails more than it works. I have put several complaints into the cashiers and nothing has been done. I asked for a email or phone number of an area manager and all they would give me was the store phone number and when the manager would be back in. It is apperent the manager does not know how to run a retail store.

A very good gas station. Good location easy to find. Easy to get trucks in and out of without any trouble. Large selection of snacks and beverages. Open 24 hours a day makes it even better. 👍 Bad day to use credit card. Pump was either broken or would not accept credit card. May try later in the day.

The store is good for gas and the convenient food items you can buy. The staff are generally friendly.

If you need gas in a hurry, dont come here!

This circle k has really gone down used to be really good now you come all the pumps are broken to wash your windows is always empty bathrooms are always nasty and no receipt tapes at the pumps have to go in for your receipt on top of that filthy dirty floors

I love coming here because its not ghetto. Generally in the mornings theres a nice lady named Penne, shes my favorite. Shes polite, professional and caring. When I buy cookies she always checks them to make sure theyre not crumbled. To me, thats going beyond what is expected. If I had a company, Id hire her. Theres also Curtis and Donna who are super nice and upbeat.Some of the younger girls in the afternoon are just okay. Theyre polite but standard and transactional.

The mens bathroom is DISGUSTING! Every time Ive used it. waste on the floor. Low/no paper products. Trash floating around. Old dried human waste on the toilets.

No social distancing at front counter. Both cashiers side by side. Customers made to make their purchase side by side with maybe one foot apart. Brought this to the cashiers attention and was told that they were the only two registers opened and manager was aware. They are not keeping customers safe

I like the convenience of something being opened when I get off work. After all, it is an convenience store lol but its bigger than most so thats cool.

The worst Circle K in the area! The shelves are always missing items, the floors always seems gross and the staff is rude! Stay away from this one! Oh and if you are going to buy a mega millions ticket make sure to have your ID, because they will not sell you one even if you’re CLEARLY over age.

Appreciate the gloves at the gas pump. Will go out of my way to get to circle k just for that.

We went there yesterday, Sept. 30, 2020, to fill our diesel truck. We put 30 gallon of what we believed to be diesel into our truck. We for sure used the diseal pump. This is verifiable by the camera, the store clerk who checked the camera and our receipt. Right after leaving the truck died. We immediately called them and checked the fuel in the truck. It was NOT diesel! We notified Circle K immediately. They gave us a corporate number- they have yet to return our call. We had it towed to the dealership and it is gor sure regular gas in the truck and not diesel. So your pump needs to be fixed, first of all. Our truck needs to be fixed and we want the $75 we paid to use your faulty pumps back!!! Or really ANY RESPONSE AT ALL would be great! We called the store back to see if there is another way to get ahold of corporate. They asked us to call back in 15 minutes. We called back and they put Ryan the kitchen manager on the phone. He was extremely rude and basically said its not his problem and no one else had diesel problems today- this was right after he said he just got there. When we asked if they had, had the gas checked to ensure it really was diesel, he hung up! I understand mistakes are made but that is ABSOLUTELY NOT how you treat customers especially after their truck was LITERALLY RUINED there!!!

Wrong gas in the pump. Destroyed my truck! Store and corporation dont even have the decency to call is back. Would give zero or negative stars if possible!

On numerous occasions I have put my debit card in only to pump 3 or 11 cents. Walk up to the store to see a sign saying out of fuel. I can handle the out of fuel part, but they can’t be bothered to put the signs on the pumps. Costumer service is lacking inside as well.

If a location is going to sell lottery tickets, they should honor the rules stated on the back of the ticket. I won 250 and went to cash it in in the evening. I was told that they did not have that much cash after dark. Understandable, so I went the next morning and I was told that they dont pay out winnings over 100 dollars. I stated that they should have a sign posted. Or the employee could have told me that in the first place. It would have saved me wasted time going by there again. The store manager was no help whatsoever.But I bet if they had a big winner they would have no problem taking their percentage.

Sent my girlfriend to grab a beer at this location with my son, she got refused to buy beer because my 6 year old son was with her. Thats my responsibility not the cashiers.. You guys do your job and ill worry about my family. . The lady brianna was so rude to her also,. Get your customer service right brianna you are very unprofessional.

Brand new circle k fuel pumps always have issues

They have the best coffee in town according to my hubby. lol. We go there every morning. We usually walk our 6 Miles then head over to the circle k on continental..... the staff there are super friendly and helpful.

The workers are super nice! Love the variety that they have! Just a super friendly place to go for great food or snacks!

Last night (12/17/19) there were 2 women employes in the store (about 10:15 pm) We were there for hot chocolate, but there wasn’t any on the capuchino machine. So i asked the lady politely if she could get it fixed, she said yes ill be right there. So we waited patiently like for 15 min.(If she would’ve said: its broken, or we are out of chocolate, i get it. That happens)But both of em were just standing on the registers procrastinating, cause there was no other customers. So i went back again and asked them and they legit ignored us.It really thru us off cause we really like that circle k, its one of our favorites. And usually the day staff its really nice.But this time these 2 ladys had the face like they hated being there and were so but SO UNPLEASANT.Hopefully management see’s this review and can do something about those employes.

Nice and new with friendly staff. There is a huge soda fountain and coffee stations plus made-to-order food counter. Clean bathrooms, beer and snacks plus lottery tickets.

Worlds slowest pumps, would not recommend

On numerous occasions I have been unable to pay at the pump. Car flow to the pumps is unorganized and can lead to problems. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Frequently an overcrowded place.

They need to take care more of the restrooms is bad in there .....

Its about time we got a new Circle K in Sahuarita/ Green Valley. Has the new high-tech soda fountains and its keeping gas prices down, even cheaper than Tucson at the moment.

On numerous occasions tried to get gas, the pumps would not accept card on 2 or more pumps. Will not go back.

So clean and lots of variety! Love Circle K!
