I had an opportunity to visit the Mattress Warehouse in Greenbelt I was approached by one salesman who had his mask on and he showed me the mattress that I asked about. When he realized that I wanted to test the mattress he quickly got a sheet for me to use. Now I was pleased with his help, but next I met Nelson, who identfied imself as the manager. He too had his mask on preceeded to make sure that I continued my search. He was patient, cordial and made sure that I felt like a special customer. He made suggestions and answered every question. I must say that it was an enjoyable experience meeting both salesmen.

Nelson was awesome and patient when it came to us choosing our mattress and base. He gave us the most awesome deal that was hard to reject even tho it was kinda higher than our budget. Oooooh I cannot wait till the products get here.

Hi. I had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse of Greenbelt! I bought my bed there and both Mattress experts were knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and easy to work with. At first I thought the bed I purchased was too hard. Nelson, reassured me to give it time and not rush an exchange. In the end I did exchange for a softer mattress. In all transactions with the folks at Mattress W. in Greenbelt I did not feel pressured to exchange or buy for a more expensive item. They really knew their stuff about mattresses too!

I recently bought a mattress from this location and it was an awesome experience! Mikal was a great help and the bed match system you guys have helped me find the perfect mattress! The atmosphere was very relaxed, Ive recommended this location to all my friends and family!

I found out the day before my delivery that my bed frame is not going to be delivered with my mattress tomorrow (Aug. 10). I talked to Mikel earlier and he told he would call me back when he located a bed frame for me. Two and a half hours went by and I called the store and talked to the manager and he told me that Mikel went home. He didnt call me back. I stated how upset I am about this. Now the manager offers to help. I waited for his call back for over an hour to tell me if he located a bed frame for me. It is 7:40 pm and the store closes at 9 pm. When a bed frame is located, I have to go and pick it up instead of being delivered tomorrow with the mattress. Very poor service and not getting all the items ordered. I will not shop at this store again. Very, very, very disappointed with this store.

Mr Nelson is a patient and respectful sales person and gave me a complete picture of which mattress is the right fit. There were some challenges with the delivery and I called back and spoke to Michal who was complete opposite of Nelson and didn’t care one way or another if I returned the purchase. If you meet Michal walk away! Nelson was kind enough to call and listen to my concerns and successfully resolve it. Nelson is the best mattress sales person I have dealt with. 👍

In addition, the store manager, Sean, gave me a great price for the mattress, delivery and removal of the current bed and box spring. It was delivered within the scheduled time frame and took less than 10 minutes from the time they arrived until they were gone with the new bed in place.
