I’ve been dealing with depression these past days & decided to take my daughters out to this store so we went yesterday 10/8 at around 7ish pm. Thought it would be a good idea to just walk around look at the Halloween stuff or whatever but as soon as we walked in the only female employee working that night started walking towards us complaining & huffin about how people don’t put the stuff back where they belong. Okay I understand that can be really annoying but that’s your job but anyways I continued walking & wherever we went she was right behind us just huffin & puffin she was rude & did not even greet us when we she would passed by not that she had to but she saw me walking around looking & almost bumped into me & couldn’t even say excuse me. After all we got what we wanted but her attitude did not help me trying to deal with people specially when there’s no reason to be mad since you’re getting paid to do your job. I will have to look for another 5 below since i do not feel welcome in this one. Other than that the employee at the cash register was awesome 5 stars to him he greeted us & he had manners unlike that lady.

One thing I will always give them is that this store is always clean and in order. This makes it easier to find things. The staff have always been respectful and helpful during each of the visits.

Visited your location 8/14/21 @ 4:12pm, to purchase some items. But ended up walking out, not buying anything.. Reason; your cashiers were purchasing items, ignoring not acknowledging the paying customers. After 5mins we realized, we can spend our money at another location that would appreciate our business. Not sure the success of this location is, but thinking if other customers are ignored as we were today, the business not doing great, and definately not being recommended as a location to gor too. We all need to work, but when in a customer service environment, remember the customer is why and what ensures a pay check. One word TRAINING!!!!

Clean! No long lines either. Most of the store is five dollars or under with a few items around ten. Good seasonal bargains. If you see something you like, best buy it now, it may not be around next time.Minus: clothes are cheaply made, but what do you expect for under five.

Its impossible to find anything you need without assistance and guess what theres no assistance! Ive only been in there a couple of times but every time I go in everything is in a different place it makes it really hard especially since the only staff is at the register behind all the plexiglass.

Real great when you are on a low buget....you find really cool items.

I has a wonderful experience the last time I shopped here. I was buying a bunch of yoga mats, and a staff member named Renee helped me gather them and take them to the counter, bagged all of them up, and helped me take them to my car since the carts cannot leave the store. Her dedication to customer service was really outstanding, and it really brightened my day.

This is a great place if you on a budget for kids items or like us using low quality items to decorate our home we were selling for pictures.

The store manager was very customer orientated. Although she was busy she took the time to blow up a float for me instead of just pushing it off on to one of the other staff members . Everyone was served promptly she was very courteous and an excellent example of what a store manager should be

I like the store but why the store carries such a large volume of things for the iphone and very little things for the android phone such as cases and screen protectors and based on that im giving the store 2 stars not happy with that at all.

Clean, organized, Love the prices and better quality stuff than dollar store.You can find items selling for much higher at the drug store and other places like the sunscreen which can run $10 at the drug store.Also, I get compliments on the fun graphic tees I pick up here and on my colorful leggings.Great spot
