I drive further to go to this FedEx location as it is a full service store on Greenbelt Rd. and Ann Marie is always friendly and courteous. She is helpful and provides personalized service. She is knowledgeable and always has a smile.
There was an issue with the computer system and I was given the wrong documents. Ended up having to pay extra for a separate order.
I came in and wasted 45 minutes because one of the the light skin male worker told me to send my documents to a wrong fedex email after standing for 20 minutes and waiting he then tell me to send it to the actual real fedex Email from looking at him I can tell it was very intentional Then another light skin male cashier had the nerve to be rude to me. I felt for sad that I had to spend my hard earned money at a place so unprofessional it’s disgusting.
Leo is an excellent representation of great customer service, his kind and courteous demeanor yet professionalism is an wonderful thing.
Great speedy service. I didnt even know they offered colored and it was beautiful for what I was doing. Will always choose this location for my print needs. Free parking ( plenty )
Customer service was very rude
My first experience dropping off a package for shipping at a FedEx store was more efficient and quicker than I expected. Anne Marie was extremely helpful and made the visit pleasant.
Short version: They wasted a bunch of my time, and charged me for a service I never received.I went in to scan a simple document. It took about half an hour for them to get the machine working for me. Then, I sent the scans to my e-mail. I waited about 10 minutes for the scan to go through to my e-mail, then asked an employee who said it could take a few hours to go through. I was confused, but decided to trust them and leave.Two days later I had a bill for the scan sent to my e-mail, but no scan. I called, and they informed me that I could only get a refund in person. But I only needed their services because I was traveling, so I couldnt return to do so. They promised to raise the complaint, and since then I havent heard a word from them.

I use their services often. Sometimes there is a longish wait -- they could probably use one member staff member. But once you get to the front of the line, they know their stuff and they are friendly. I use the self-serve copier and laminator a lot and the staff is very helpful when I have a question. Great hours, too!
FedEx is one of those poorly run companies that gets away with it because they have corporate contracts. Customer service is non existent.
Came in today to get some poster prints mounted on boards for my senior show graduation project. The staff was very friendly, understanding and made me feel way better about getting ny project done. The location is also very convenient! Can’t wait to get my posters back!
The worst experience ever. The two guys there are not willing to help anyone. I had some issues trying to scan from one of their printers and both of them were really unwilling to help. They gave me two options, use the other machine or look for some way to send it via email and try again. Really??? Im not coming back to this place.

This people don’t have good customer services. They rather be talking to each other. Don’t take the time to ask customer if they need help . Went they seem me walk thru the Doors they were not happy to see a customer.👊👊👊👎👎 three people in there can’t even give good customer services.

Was told it would cost us $100 to mail a package to Canada. We paid $10 for the same package at USPS. Please save your money. Also the clerk was unhelpful.
