Everyone at MR.APPLIANCE were concerned about our refrigerator not cooling, they promptly made time to assist us as quickly as possible. Another appliance store told us to wait 2 weeks before they could get here to just diagnose the problem. Mr Appliance made it to us in 24 hours. Professional people, and we got our part and it was installed in a week. We love Mr. Appliance!! Thanks Lisa and Tim

Refused to sell me a part because I didnt want to give them any of my personal information. How can you help a business that refuses to let you give them money? Absolute ignorance.

Never called me back nor offered any type of service.

Told about a Problem with my refrigerator . Told I would get a call back soon. 2 hours later, got a call and told they dont come to Stilesville, 12-15 miles away. Obviously didnt want my business.
