The customer service and vehicle knowledge exceeded my expectations. Nick was able to do the free auto diagnostics check and confirmed what we needed. He installed our new battery quickly and we were on our way.

I was disappointed with the difficulty of getting a simple part, and of the multiple staff I encountered on my three visits most lack good customer service skills. I had a better experience and got my part in one try at Napa.

Went in to check if my battery was holding a charge in my vehicle. An employee behind the counter came out and to test my battery and offered for me to use the stores tools if I needed to of which I did as I didnt have any with me. My battery was bad and I could have purchased a battery for $20-$30 cheaper at Walmart but with the service I was provided it made it worth the extra few bucks. Thanks for the great service!!!!!

Its New years Day and I just discovered I had two brake lights out, despite being at the dealer earlier this week for a recall who apparently did not check them. I was surprised to find our local Auto Zone open. Nick and Devin looked up the bulbs needed and Nick even came out to change both bulbs for me, in the pouring rain, and did not charge me for the service, even though my cars tail lights proved difficult to open and required a number of tools and extra time. Nick even refused to accept a tip. These guys go way beyond the call of duty. Outstanding service.

I walked in the door, an employee greeted me right away. Checked my battery, it was bad. Grabbed battery off shelf, pulled old one, cleaned cables up, put in new one. Very impressive customer service. Greencastle Indiana store is great.

AutoZone is not normally my first choice for auto parts as a Professional. Today I needed 2 specific parts for the project I was working on, they had one, but the other was in stock at another location. Nick was very helpful and professional and went to the other store to pick the part up. I was in a time bind with logistics so he brought the part to me at my shop. Upon delivering the part i found out that he is the Manager of that store! Best customer service i have received in many years! Great job Nick!

Despite signs posted on the door requiring masks, none of the employees or the manager were wearing them. Came in for a Fix Finder and to get multiple parts, only bought one thing and exited quickly. Do not take precautions seriously.

Found what I was looking for quickly. The CSRs (customer service representatives) were polite and friendly. Got in, got out.

I drove 40mi out of my way to pick up a alternator and I couldnt be more pleased with this group of guys. They instantly welcomed me as soon as I entered the door, and offered to test the alternator. We had a few laughs and in this day and time thats rare for a parts store. Usually its some cocky kid, but not these guys, they were very professional.

I went in at 915 pm on a Monday night for a headlight and I was helped by a nice gentleman at the counter and then Nick C. Went out in the rain and not only changed the headlight for me but he also tightened them both for me . That’s what I call great customer service, helping out a woman in need that wouldn’t have had a clue how to even change it :) Thank you Nick !

So I went in to buy some parts today. I did not have all the info I needed to make the job of finding the correct parts easy. All the employees were knowledgable and very helpful. Also the store manager was on a call with a very rude customer who was cussing at him and nick was very professional with him and patient. Thankyou for the help.

We were driving on highway and just left the Indianapolis Airport area when we heard a whistling sound coming from the top of the rooftop of the Subaru Outback. We pulled off at S. County Road and fixing the issue related to the roof rack when I noticed the shuddering sound of the car and sudden whirling of the fan at the stop. As we started off back onto the highway, the check engine light popped up. So, we decided to go to the nearest Autozone to check on the codes. The nearest one we found was Autozone in Greencastle. Well, let me say that this was worth every minute and penny. As we drove up to the lot, another red truck pulled up as well. An Autozone staff member came out with the OBD reader, but our car connection had some issues. The men in the truck happened to overhear the conversation and pulled out a BT OBD reader; then, there were codes popping up. Then, the store manager, Nick Crull (Outstanding professional!), came out with another better OBD reader model. In the meantime, with Nicks help, they fixed our intake valve issue, and did a quick look to make sure that there was nothing else major. After 1 hour of great help, we were ready to go on our way. However, I decided to mention the shuddering sound as I started backing up. Nick and the mechanics (Wilsons Mobile Mechanics of Green Castle) all looked and asked me to drive back into the parking stall. I am glad that Nick and the mechanics were there. They all determined that I needed to get this issue fixed. I have to say that Nick is an amazing person again! Not only did he find the part and get it to the mechanics who replaced the part that was needed, Nick was so kind to share the story of the Autozone store. I truly believe that he is an exemplary leader who strives to make others excel. As I paid for the parts, I saw every employee who was happy and smiling. They also had a great sense of humor which is awesome. Overall, customer service was 5+ stars. I would say that Autozone should promote Nick Crull to build out other teams in the area so reflect what he and his team has done at this store. And finally, we did make it to our destination! Thanks to Nick, his team, and partners!

We driving along on Westbound I-70 from Indianapolis, Indiana, and we heard some rattling on the roof top. So, we pulled over at a very small gas station with no other service. Then, when we headed on the freeway, the check engine light came on the dashboard. As we looked for the nearest Autozone, we hear whirling of a fan. We decided to get off at the next exit and drive to this specific Autozone to get a reading of the error codes. Magically, we pulled up to the shop at the same time as two mechanics pulled up beside us. When the Autozone staff came out to help with deciphering the code, the connection on my car wouldnt work. So, the mechanics stepped in with their bluetooth device and started to help. Then, the store manager, Nick Crull, came out to help and I have to say this Autozone is amazing! The customer service and professionalism is like walking into a high-end shop. I felt so comfortable
