Youve held my boots hostage over a week for sla simple cleaning, which is completely fine. Im on Gods time. However when I patiently return to the store that Ive recently become to like and spend a good amount of money in the last month, just to receive rude sarcasm about getting phonecall about my boots was uncalled for. UPDATE: MARCH 31-2021, picked them up today to clean them myself. 20 minutes after bringing them home. The boots were stripped, and ready for coating. Not to tarnish this store but speaking the truth..... This store is just a middle man, in store product is nothing but a mini mart. Awesome place, had been to the old store, so new experience going to the new one one Jackson n Walnut. They have both men and women clothing, boots, jewelry. The service is A+ and if youre in the mood for boots, bibs, shirts, this is the best place to go.

Its a shame that local business treat people the way they do sometimes. Id like to support this business. Its impossible to do with such poor customer service. Tried to return boots to the store that were not wearable. I actually wanted to exchange them. I was talked down too and interrupted multiple times and forced to clean some boots that had some dust on them just to return them. They actually expect you NOT to wear the boot before you return them. Which in itself is a policy that needs someone with intellect to adjust. Make sure you obtain the tags(Clerk removed the tags and kept them, then told me I needed them to return the boots) and give your boot a nice shine before you return the boots. I was laughed at by the clerk in a very condescending way. I didnt say anything to her at all at that point. I just got my money back and left. I will never step foot in this store again. Due to the poor customer service I would NOT recommend shopping here. The reason for the return is because there were rubbing my sons ankles raw, he could not physically wear the boots. So they had no wear or tear on them at all. There was a small amount of dust on the boots and the lady would not return them unless they were cleaned and oiled.

Best place in my book to buy boots they always seem to have just what I need. And they are very nice people. The young lady in there will even print shirts

Not a huge selection of footwear but what they do have is a quality footwear and decent prices and very helpful employees.

Only store that carries lines of name brand boots/clothes at a moderate price better than TSC

Nice little boot store,whether your looking for work or cowboy boots, along with some clothing, and the prices are pretty good. The only thing is the selection isnt real big but not bad.

They may not have a huge selection in stock, but they can order almost everything and they have great prices. I saved almost $40 on a pair of boots compared to other stores!
