Tried to buy some tobacco today the cashier asked my birth year, i said 1999, then she gave me a dirty look and asked me for my id. im 50 yrs old with grey hair and grey beard, definatly old enough to buy tobacco. when did common sence quit being used? well it costs smoker friendly store about 5000 dollars in sales this year because i will never give then any more of my money. need to change name, NOT FRIENDLY

They have large incense.

They have my brand and always take my money, give me my cigarettes and make change, what more can anyone expect? Its a tobacco shop. I never had an issue with the staff probably because Im not looking to be triggered. I dont really expect someone making what SF probably pays to kiss my butt if you do maybe youre the problem?

Poor selection and horrible service. When I finally found a new tank for my E cigarette.. I got it home and it did not work.I return to the store the next day to try to exchange it the lady in charge of the store said she could not help me and that her boss probably wouldnt either. I will never purchase from smoker friendly again.

NOT friendly!! After a 100 mile ride on our way home we needed a coil and vape juice. The lady was hateful. Will not revisit
