Coffee was good. Guy at the counter was good. Guy making coffee sermed to not want to be there. Service was beyond slow :(

I usually get in and out fairly quickly and my drinks are always made right. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they do not honor the Starbucks Rewards app here. I guess their system has not been updated or something.

Friendly place. Its Starbucks. You cant mess this stuff up. No drive thru or order ahead and parking is tough but easily 5+ stars on everything else.

What a neat shop! Warm and inviting with friendly service and, of course, great coffee. The extension to the book and clothing store next door, with plenty of DePauw gear, makes this place unique and very, very comfortable.

Love starbucks wished they would open a secondary location out on east end of town with a drive thru or heck even at the old Charlies building it already has drive-thru. Always going to starbucks!!

Yum! This is the cutest little Starbucks ever! Also, the service is good and the Baristas are friendly and nice as could be! As a new student to the area, they were kind and welcoming.

The people were very nice. I like a frappe from another place better. Not much flavor with the mocha frappe. My daughters pumpkin spice frappe was pretty good.

I definitely recommend it is super quiet and relaxing near if you wanna break and also their food and drinks are really good definitely recommend it go check it out for yourself

This starbucks never makes my drink correctly. The cold brews seem to be too strong and bitter here.

For health reasons I need to drink cold brew coffee instead of regularly brewed. My husband ordered us both cold brew coffees and they just gave us regularly brewed coffee over ice. It was not only disgusting but I can’t drink it because the acid will cause complications.

Its Starbucks. Even when independently run theyre consistent. Nice atmosphere. They have a nice upstairs seating area thats be good for midsize groups and events.

The women who work here are so incredibly beautiful. I am in awe of their perfection. I wish I had the courage to ask any one of them on a date, but I am afraid I will never learn to fly to ascend to the heavens to be with such goddesses.

You either like Starbucks, or you dont. That said, the staff here really do make you feel like you are enjoying your own version of Cheers - where everybody knows your name. The General Manager, Amy, has done a great job organizing and training her staff - all of which are a joy to chat with while waiting for your cup of Joe.The loft area is also a terrific place for smaller meetings or to go read a book!

Staff are great at offering suggestions if youre not sure what to get. Their recommendations have always been amazing! Plenty of places to sit and surf the web.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were dead. They forgot to make the second coffee, I had to ask for the second because they moved onto the orders after me.They had to remake mine because they filled a light foam, light whip latte to four inches below the rim. They remade it and it doesnt even taste good. It tastes burned.No apology for the long wait. Worst Starbucks Ive ever visited.

I cant stand the coffee straight up, its bitter, burnt, and made from inferior beans. However I cant deny their winning business model, presence in the social landscape, and my wife likes it. Any of the souped up coffee drinks are usually tolerable. Pumpkin Spice latte and Peppermint lattes are my seasonal favorites.

Order consistency needs to improve I pay extra to get my stuff made with heavy cream but they put milk in and different baristas just make the drinks differently. This is not the same drink I got the other day.

Our first visit here the one Batista was very unpleasant to deal with. Very sloppy and not happy to be at work. The second visit here was a pleasant experience. The baristas were very nice and caring.

Came in to use wifi while on a camping trip. Neat set-up as it is conected to a bookstore and has spacious upstairs seating. However, the morning I went, the baristas were not very friendly, and my latte tasted nothing like what I had ordered, as well as being extraordinarily hot unlike the Starbucks perfect drinking temperature.

I cant say enough good things about this Starbucks. Its the only worthy coffee shop in town. They are friendly, and patient if you dont know the menu. They are thorough in making sure you are getting exactly what you want. They are the only Starbucks shop that asks me if Id like room in my Americano, which is nice because other locations dont ask and when I specify, they somehow make me feel pretentious by eye-rolling or huffing, like its some sort of trouble to put less ice in my coffee. But these folks are happy to go the extra mile! (And no one has misspelled my name as of yet. Ive managed to see some humorous misspellings in my lifetime.) This location is connected to a bookstore and doesnt have a drive-thru, which I believe is due to the building location and catering to the Depauw University demographic & local business around the square. Also, parking is either parallel or on the square, so be prepared to walk. Its truly not far, but can be an inconvenience in the rain or snow. Even still, Id walk in treacherous weather conditions to get a coffee from there, I cant say enough great things about them!
