Large strawberry banana sundae is a big cup filled with vanilla ice cream with a few slices of banana and strawberries on top. Nothing else.We asked at least 3 times for the medium twist with sprinkles to be in a cup. It did not come out in a cup.For the price we paid and how long we waited, Ill just wait twice as long at the dairy queen in town next time. Two stars only because it taste good.

Ice cream has always been good. I must have the tenderloin on an off night because it tasted like something burnt was in the oil. I plan to just stick with ice cream from now on.

Took my grand daughter here and I ordered a Brownie Flurry. I was totally disappointed. I was expecting Brownie chunks in it not just one on top and nothing but little bitty crumbs after that. Might as well have gotten just vanilla ice cream cause that is what it was. When your advertising a Brownie anything there should be brownies chunks of brownies not just micro pieces.

I ordered chili fries and got a chili dog. I also ordered chicken strips. Got home took a bite of the chicken and looked down and it was so raw that I may never be able to eat chicken again. Just hoping I don’t get sick at this point. Tried calling but they do not answer

Used to love this place but now every time my wife and I go there to get a Vanilla Coke it’s basically vanilla syrup with a little coke! Way over priced and this is a reoccurring problem! They’ve lost my business

This is a favorite place. Been going since I was a kid. They have the best ice cream and fountain cokes. When they close in the winter, they cant open soon enough. You may have to wait in a long line but, its worth it. Try it and enjoy ♥️🍧🍨🍦🥤

Absolutely the worst breaded tenderloin I have ever had. Paper thin and tasteless. Onion chips were so so. I would give them a 5 on a scale of 10. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!

Hard serve ice cream wasn’t real ice cream and it definitely wasn’t hard. Although they state that all hard serve ice cream is made in store, it tastes like they got cheap and bought a bag mix made of corn syrup solids.

Order is such a hassle, the speaker system is messed up n needs replaced! They keep getting my order wrong, and end up with something i didnt order. Other then that their ice cream is awesome!

The staff was extremely rude to us in the drive thru. We ordered hot food & ice cream products. First they gave us some of the ice cream products, then the wrong hot food. Now they needed to make our food. Meanwhile, we have a cup of ice cream & an ice cream cone melting in the car while we are waiting on the hot food. Finally we get our hot food but don’t have our two shakes. They need to make them. We asked how long because our cone & cup of ice cream are melting. They said 2 mins. We said, “our ice cream is melting.” They yell at us & we tell them they should have given us the hot food before they gave us the ice cream. They go get another ice cream cone & practically throw it out the window at us, they yell at us again & said this happens when you order both hot & cold items. The lady (thought it was a manager) yells…this is the way it works…I worked at Dairy Queen. Probably why she now works at Dairy Castle. The service is terrible & food not as good as it once was. I would avoid this place…maybe try Dairy Queen…she’s no longer there!

Today I pulled up with my family at 8:22 and got in line. Kid employee came out put a sign nearer to someones car it said do not pass but it was nowhere near the line. He told them something and had them leave and said come back tomorrow. Then he put the do not pass sign up in front of the cars ahead of us and just walked off without telling us anything.Then I drive by less than 5 minutes later and the sign is gone and new people are in line. Theyre not being turned away like I was. What the heck????????

This place has gone down hill. Tonight we get 2 LG vanilla cokes and they taste like water with a little vanilla flavor, no coke at all....

My food was good, but prices are up and serving size is smaller than in the past. Also, the staff are not wearing masks, and the two people I saw were handling food without gloves. I wont be going back.

Food is changed and just not that great anymore. Cheaper ingredients has ruined the food.

Someone was going to drop by and get something and asked me what I wanted. I looked online and the only menu available is just an image of the same thing. There is no listing for what you can put into what they call a flurry. Just the fact that it exists. Due to the lack of information, I said forget about it. Seriously need to work on your menu options. Pretty disappointing since I know that the prices there are pretty high and dont want to spend that kind of money without more information.

Super slow lines, way overpriced, and small portions these days. Go to Quick Freeze at 231/40 if you want a real ice cream cone.

If I could give a negative five star review I would I waited in line for an hour and a half and made two trips for a taco salad no olives and hot salsa the first trip consisted of a chicken taco which I did not order and the second trip consisted of a taco salad with olives and mild salsa. I am highly allergic to olives and if I wasnt paying attention this could have been the end of me the employees were not paying attention one bit and five of them for standing around in front of the ice cream machine talkin this is ridiculous and they need to get their stuff together

This is the 3rd time weve come here in a week and its terrible every single time. Weather a long line, no line...doesnt matter. Its full of mostly kids and a rude adult everytime.....the wait is suddenly insane.....and we come here every year, several times. I dont think well be coming back this year. 6 cars ahead of us and we waited 40 minutes before we got to order ....then when we did finally order- the kids were amazing! Great attitudes and happy faces! HOWEVER!!! they are NOT learning their customer service skills from the adults bc the adults-- EVERY SINGLE TIME-- are soooo rude!!!! Like the kind of people who shouldnt work with the public. BC they dont like PEOPLE!!!????I came here with my grampa all the time as a kid and we would sit inside when the counter was a little bar. It used to be awesome!!! Its just not the same at all.

Another year open and still cant update their drive thru menu with correct prices. Which are outrageous. The same large vanilla coke they charge almost, $3 for I can get at the marathon for .87. Not to mention waiting in line for 3 drinks for almost 40 minutes.

Vanilla ice cream, yum. Flavored ice creams, to be honest...kinda ho hum. I really wanted my mouth to explode with flavor. I could barely taste the lemon, the butter pecan had pecans, and something added to make it brown, but no real flavor. Tonight I tried black raspberry, a little better, but I added some lime juice to give it zip. In short, if you love vanilla ice cream, this is your place, or if you prefer bland over bold, you are covered, too. I only had the pork tenderloin. It was the absolute best! I went back and had it again. The staff are sweet and friendly. I love local, just give me more zip!

Ordered a tenderloin with fries.Tenderloin was terrible chewy and was over cooked and there was nothing on it literally two dry buns with nothing and the fries were chewy.

This is the single best local restaurant Ive ever been to. They sell anything from hot dogs to nachos and it all tastes amazing. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for. They have a ton of different flavors of ice cream and its extremely hard to choose. But you cant choose wrong because like the food its all so wonderful. Personally I would eat here every day if I could. If youre in the area you would do yourself a disservice not to check this place out.

Dairy Castle is the BEST! We love that they pretty much have everything! Any kind of icecream specialty you can think of. Hot fudge banana shake is one of our favorites, or a banana split with strawberry icecream and chocolate topping!
