First time stepping inside one of these. Found Chicken chicks for $1.99 each.

1-2 hours unloading. Friendly people. Looks like they dont have enough staff. So when you come for delivery be prepared to wait sometime before they will be able to start unloading.

Seems like they allow a lot of fratenization among employees. A new girl named Sierra. Its a great store other than that. Also Aaron that worked there having ppl file false reports on an employee named Dave.

My family and I frequent this location in Greencastle, and the staff is always super helpful and fantastic.The store is kept very clean and organized, and we always have a pleasant shopping experience.Any time theyre out of something we need, they make sure theres none in the back and go out of their way to make sure we leave happy.I was nursing our 6 week old daughter, and an employee offered to push my cart for me. 😂She was the sweetest. We love the employees there. ❤

Great people. I was greated when I first entered. Always seems empty as far as people shopping. They were sold out of sweet mix when i went but there was a sale on the item. Did offer to put some on order for me so it would be on the next truck.

I called before I left Clay City and asked if they could refill 3 propane tanks each was a 30# tank. The answer was yes. I drove 40 miles. After I got to the store they informed me they were out of propane. This is extremely poor service.

Always a pleasure to shop at. Fabulous selection no matter what you are shopping for and plenty of employees to hekp should you need it. Very reasonably priced also.

Such a great store. We went for soft food our male dog had to eat for 2 weeks due to doggy oral surgery. While there we found a really nice, huge new water bowl for the furbabies & a marvelous mat to set it on so water wont get on our floor anymore. Yay! THEN we found 2 shirts for me, 2 shirts for my husband that were on killer sale, & even treats for the kitties. One stop shopping for the whole family. 😊

Was good all but one clerk said could not sale the item we wanted.because it was being taking off shelf. But it was still on the floor.so we question why. But she finally sold to us.

I needed dog wormer, and was able to find it easily, I will say I had to have an associate get the item and then have it carried to the register like it was a million dollars do to there theft protocol I assume. But overall good place.

Employees were friendly and helpful. The only problem was with their check verification system. They dven let us use a trailer to take our new riding mower home.

We were there for about 20 minutes couldnt decide what food to get my dog and then they threatened to call the cops because we were acting suspicious all I was doing was shopping for dog stuff very poor customer service the old man called my brother a city rat and the young man working at the time told him it wasnt worth it. Okay sorry I was shopping at your store giving you bussiness both those men need fired for their inappropriate behavior!

Very limited on hand tools. Just the basics really. They did have dewalt there though. Friendly staff and helpfull. Store was in disarray. Probably seasonal change over but not sure.

Ive been shopping at greencastle tractor supply for 10 yrs. Im becoming more and more displeased shopping at this store. The shelves are always bare ( dog food, cat food, horse grain ) . They no longer have womens jeans and I recently bought a solar light stand with an attached horse for $50. and it lit up for one night and now doesnt work at all, no matter how sunny the day !!!!!! Very very dissatisfied and disappointed ! If there was another animal feed store close I would definitely be shopping there . Tractor supply in greencastle is a waste of time and money. They werent like this two years ago, where is management ?
