The store is much smaller than I anticipated. It has many unique products to choose from. Staff is outstanding and open to answer any questions you have. Quality sheets, comforters, and bathroom decorations

The store is so much smaller than the old Brookfield store which is now closed. It has list to pick from and less unique things that Bed Bath & Beyond was known for.The store is clean the aisles are nice and wide.The staff is outstanding they greet you when you come in they ask you if you need help but they dont bother you too much its just about the perfect balance. This is a rare thing in stores today. We went in to look for accent bed pillows. There were almost none to choose from unlike the old store where it was packed. But if youre looking for Quality sheets comforters and restroom decorations, its still one of the best big boxes for that.

This is one of the only locations that I have been too that has quality customer service.

The store was in disarray and items were everywhere. It looked like the reduced their inventory on hand. The employees were not eager to assist and barely even spoke when I talked to them. I asked for help and one of them just walked away. I worked with 4 different sales persons and only one really spoke and responded to me. They said they had 6 of what were were looking for in the back but she went back for about 30 seconds and came back stating that they were not back there. She then got another employee to help but when they returned from the back they just laughed and said they dont have them, sometimes our inventory is just messed up. I think that is a hint the store needs to do something about it. We picked up two small rugs that were not even unpacked from their shipping bags so the cashier couldnt figure out which of the 11 bar codes to scan. My wife had to show her. She already seemed to be annoyed when we came to the register so after that it just got worse. She rang up the 30 plus items we had and then asked if we wanted them bagged. Of course I do, I am not going to try to carry 30 items separately to my car. My wife had already placed the too big to bag items in the cart (the rugs) and then ended up bagging most of our items because the cashier acted like she didnt know what to do. We spent over $1k and the service was 2 star at best. Disappointing in how that location has decline.

30 day return policy is insane. You’ve lost my business forever. I can spend my money elsewhere for sure! I’m in retail and you can’t have a policy like that. Called back to speak to the manager and he said policy is policy then hung up on me. Extremely professional!

Lots of helpful and useful home products here. Fairly reasonable prices! Definitely a fun place to get some great ideas. Will be back!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. Staff is AMAZING! Cashiers are efficient and polite. If there are 2 or more people in line they call for back-up cashiers. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and plentiful. Most stores have staff that cant find the restroom, but this staff actually knows about the products in their store, from cookware, bedding, to appliances, nothing gets past them. They also have cube side pick-up so you dont have to get out of the car and over a million items on line to order from.

This has got to be the saddest Bed Bath & Beyond Ive ever visited. The entire store is arranged by function like cook and prepare which is cute but doesnt make much sense. Havent found what I needed at this location.

I went to bed bath and beyond in Greendale. I had a 20% off purchase and had received 50.00 off for the next purchase. Went to redeem it. It kept telling me to create an account. I ended up with another account and lost the 50.00 off. I spoke to the store manager and he was rude and was not helpful. He was of no help. So now out the 50.00 off. Not happy.

Ed, the manager, was very helpful with my questions. Lots of great bargains here!

I use to love coming to this location.This store use to be immaculate and plentiful of merchandise. Their bedding especially their sheets were scarce and it was cluttered in alot of the areas throughout the store to the point it felt as if you were at a rummage sale. Didnt feel like digging so we just left. I know we are still dealing with a pandemic but if a business is going to be open during this time, at least keep it organized enough so a customer can see if you have the merchandise one came in for.

This is a fair BB&B. I drove down from Brookfield because they closed the local location. Unfortunately this is not as nice, nor does it have the volume of product the B-Field location had. Seems to be a bad corporate decision as this location is also not nearly as busy. Anyway, it is still a decent option.

Its gone, closed up shop.. need to go to the Southridge location from now on, good luck..

A bit crowded with regards to COVID concerns. This business may need to address a procedural change to monitor this better for the safety and health of its customers.

Went there for a complicated refund/exchanged. Every person therr did their best to understand us and bring satisfaction to the case. Customer Service at its best.

Employees need more training to handle questions over the phone. I called to ask if my order was ready for pick up after noticing they did not send me on email confirmation after several hours after I placed my order. They left me on hold for 20mins. I called second time and asked them to please get an answer and to not leave me on hold for another 20mins... THEY DID IT AGAIN, they left me on hold for an additional 20mins. I finally went to the store and check on my order. When I arrived my order was ready. Everyone in the store seemed to be lost the only one with knowledge was the store Manager. I understand we are going through a difficult situation, all I ask, train employees well.

They stock almost any household item you could want & always have a Sale if you keep up with their coupons!!! Greenfield location manager is extremely helpful & very pleasant to work with.

Lots of great items here but limited on candles

Quality isnt what it used to be. Had issues with linens more than a few times, it is just a hassle opening, trying out only to have to return again and again. Save your money and buy elsewhere or online from Amazon. Ive never had issues with their window coverings. Read Amazon reviews and choose wisely.

I went w/my mom to purchase an item that she saw On TV, & researched to see if they carried it at that location. They didnt have it, but all of the staff were EXTREMELY helpful, very nice, & gave us their phone #, along w/the days they get their shipments so wed know when to call to see when they do get it.

I bought an OXO 11 lb food scale for my niece for Christmas. We were very disappointed when she opened the box to find the stainless steel surface filled with smudges and lots of food particles between the scale reading mechanism and the scale surface. It obviously was a return that was just placed back on the shelf. Again very disappointed!!

Prices were really expensive. We got some gift cards for there for our wedding, and I couldnt believe that a quilt or a comforter for a bed alone was over $169. Wont be going back there again. Can find the same quality items for way less $ at any other store I will be going to. 👎

As a massage therapist, I like to keep my sheets uniform. The ones I’ve been buying for years that are white now have a yellow tint to them making them appear dingy. You really wouldn’t notice it except things like the face covers and other sheets are white making that yellow obvious. I was told it’s just the dye lot. Well, it’s been the dye lot for almost a year now. How hard is it to make white sheets???

The 90s want their storefront back. Aside from the dated exterior of the strip mall, this BBB is exactly what you would expect from a BBB in all of its floor to ceiling, tiny walkway, hoarder like ambiance.Aside from the prices being a bit high at times, those snail mail coupons you get are pretty awesome! It automatically chooses the highest price item so you get the best deal and you can use several per transaction so that definitely makes up for the prices.The variety is pretty amazing. Mind blowing in fact. Want silverware? Here choose from 150 types in a dozen different colors! Seriously we went to look at silverware and I lost half my day because there were so many options. You can find pretty much anything you want here, and if you can, ask - they can probably find it for you.Not impressed with the clearance section - reminds me of Amazons Prime Day garage sale. There are a few nice items but they are marked down like $5, everything else is like corn on the cob holders or salt/pepper shakers in the shape of a tractor.But I still go back. Probably way to often but my house is pretty snazzy now.

Did you know they have free do-it-yourself wrapping paper stations?! I didnt until I bought something for a wedding this week. It was a real time saver and had beautiful paper with purple ribbon. All free. There were also boxes and bags you could use for fragile items. Very cool.

I bought a Homedics massage cushion and it self-destructed (see photo)and they wouldnt allow me to do an exchange, even though I had original packaging and receipt - because it was past 90 days - i find this obsurb!!I didnt wreck the chair pad - faulty product was to blame.I spent the money and bought another one-reluctantly - hope this one lasts!!

This place always has something I am looking for. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Store is very easy to see from the street and they have plenty of parking including parking for those who are disabled. If you are looking for that As seen on TV item, this is the place. Great store with great pricing and, dont forget about your coupons.

Awesome customer service! The last two times I was in the store the customer service I received was top notch.

A favorite store. They were doing some remodeling, but store employees were eager to help shoppers find anything. Still has a great selection of household goods.

I bought a 4 cup pitcher and it said $9.99 and when I got home I see they charged me $10.99 Although the gentleman who was working today was very helpfully and friendly. For him I would give a 5 star.

I needed a full length mirror, and since I just moved, the USPS sent me a packet of coupons to stores in my area. I went to check it out and found an awesome mirror that was on clearance and with my coupon, it was super cheap. My one complaint is that there didn’t seem to be any staff around to answer my questions or help customers. Even in the check out, there was only one cashier and she wasn’t been friendly. It was odd. But, I love my mirror!

Lots of items int he store but poor costumer service. At least that was my experience. Ordered and item online and even when i got the email that it was ready for pick up, it was not ready. Got a 20% off coupon and tole the lady in the register if i could enter my email address to redeem it and i was just told to find he coupon when the website clearly said i just had to enter my email address. It was not a big amount that i was spending but still. I hope they can address those glitches. Its a really nice store

My wife ordered new bath towels on line that she ended up not likeing. We called the store and they said that they would accepted the return; took a bunch of pulling teeth after getting there due to their computer system. Problem was resolved and my wifes account was credited properly. Good c/s.

Great place to shop. They have lots of different things especially if youre looking to get a homeowner some kind of gift. Its a great place for a gift for when somebody moves into a new place. They seem to have something of everything as far as the home goes. They also have a coupon that is almost always in circulation that is I believe $5 off of any purchase that is $15 or more from what I remember. They always seem to have sales although some things are a little over price from what Ive seen. their staff is always been very nice and very helpful. I dont think Ive ever had a poor shopping experience at bed bath & beyond.

According to the internet, BBB was identified as having polished brass bathroom towel hooks in stock. They did not have any bathroom fixtures in polished brass.I was not happy about this and I let the manager know about this. Like many other stores, polished brass bathroom fixtures are only available on line.I wasted an hour of my time because the internet did not have correct information.

A store that truly is beyond...it is a great place to get decorative items for my home and creative gifts for family events and holidays. I wish I used more of the 20 percent off coupons I get in the mail☺! It is very easy to buy wedding gifts when my friends register here.

I couldnt shop without being followed by an employee, was going to spend a few hundred dollars but that experience turned me completely off from this location.
