The stylist was nice. BUT I left my 16 year old alone (so she could feel more grown up) to get haircut after clarifying our general request. (Undercut shaved and a couple inches off with some blending.) The haircut was fine, but daughter said it scratches a little. After we left she showed me and I saw these huge scratches. $40 was more than online listed for minimal cut, but I figured it was fine, since they probably have not gotten so much business this past year. But the scratches from a shaver are horrible.
My wife made an appointment with Maggie. Maggie was extremely rude. Apparently Maggie doesnt approve of booking on line. It is an option provided by the company. There are better ways to deal with things than treating my wife and 12 year old daughter like dirt.you can go anywhere else and be treated better.
I have been going to the JC Salon since I was a teenager, about 40 years ago. I highly recommend this place. Ive had my current stylist Betsy for many years. She is always trying to help me keep my style fresh. She happily suggests new ways to style my hair, making it easier for me. She is always so nice & cares about my comfort. She takes good care of my family too.
We take out little guy for haircuts to see Betsy. She is very sweet and takes her time to make sure he’s comfortable and cooperative. We are able to book our appointments online which is so convenient. If you have an appointment before the mall opens make sure you ask how to get into the salon.
Ashley did a wonderful job on my daughters hair. It turned out just like she wanted it. Ashley was so great even though my daughters hair is so long and thick. She took her time and made sure her hair was done correctly and beautifully. The rest of the staff was so friendly and nice. We will definitely be back.
They have good deals on hair care products and they do well with haircuts and trims
Ive been going to this salon since I moved back to the Milwaukee area. I previously used the JC Penney Salon in Fort Myers, so I thought Id give the Greenfield/Southridge Salon a try.Ive been going to this salon at Southridge for several years now. Gina almost always does the cut, style and color. I cant say Ive ever been displeased with the cut, color and service as well as the friendly professionalism as well.
Great place to get your hair done! All the people there are very nice and do a great job. I got my hair done by Jailine and i love love how it turned out. highly recommend this place!
Very expensive for the services I received
I usually get my sons’ hair cut at Great Clips but I thought I’d give JC Penny a try since we were already at the mall. The ladies were nice enough, but they gave terrible haircuts. Super choppy and uneven. Will now have to take the boys somewhere else to get it fixed.
Supposed to be open until 9 pm. Get there at 730 pm and it is closed. On another occasion, called to clarify coupon, was asked if I know how to read.
Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend anyone go here !!! If you do so happen to go here do not request Gina the salon manager. She purposely messed up my hair because as she said in her own words “ it was too much work for her” . Very rude and unprofessional from the start.I had asked for blonde and brown highlights and lowlights what she gave me was red and a few streaks of blonde!! After I told her do not put red in my hair . Once she had realized she did not get my hair looking anything like my picture I brought in she proceeded to blame me that I told her to put that color in my hair. She then told me it would be 65.00 dollars to “ semi fix it “. I trusted her with my hair and thought since she was the manger that she would have the skills to do a good job i was wrong.Overall I think she is lazy and did not wanna do it from the start . She then begin to lie lie her way out of the situation by trying to slander my name. I can’t believe that a person in a managers position would conduct her way as such. I didn’t even get as much as an apology!! When I visited local salons they told me it would be over 300 dollars to fix the mess she created ! There was actual lines in my hair that was from the foils and she let me leave the salon looking like that !! Save yourself time and money don’t go here !!!!
BAD ATTITUDE AND OVERPRICED FOR A JCPenny SalonI stoped at this salon and asked for haircut prices and i started getting an attitude from the employees. There were 3 women standing around doing nothing and they ganged up on me giving me misguided information. They suggested I go to another salon which turned out not even being open for buisness. Another girl kept isisting that I go to a “barber school”.One of the women was extremely errogant saying that the haircut “she” gives starts at $38, which i think is overpriced for a JCPenny salon when all i wanted was a trim for my short bob haircut w/ no shampoo or conditioner.Overall the employees were rude, unhelpful and ignorant.
Bad place won’t recommended.Store manager Gina deserves to be a manager at a pet store not at a salon.
Wasnt there. I was at the eye glass part next to them.
Needless to say I got a severe chemical burn on my scalp and it’s not their “fault” and I was charged for unfinished service
