The mall is clean and it wasnt crowded. We went in specifically for two stores. Journeys which had the shoes my daughter wanted and Hot Topic. The employee at Journeys was absolutely amazing. He was by himself at the time yet he greeted my daughter and I and other customers as they came in. Making sure to bounce back and forth between us. I would come back to this Journeys just to have customer service like this again. I went less than a month ago to the Journeys in Racine and the customer service there was lousy. There were two employees and we asked about four different pairs of shoes. Every time I asked for a certain size they would just say we dont have that size. Without even going to the back end looking. What a difference a different Journeys and a different employee can make.
Selection is minimal at best.I’ll stick with the Internet, they deliver and it’s safe!
My favorite mall. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. I miss DEB and the photo place. But this place has been updating and adding fun things too like round 1 which I love because they have a bowling alley. Love the food court and the fact that they have multiple shoe stores. Also its not too big and confusing like a lot of other malls in Wisconsin.
Been very very long that I have walk throughout that mall. Taking of some business at Boost Cellphone. I forgot how big it was. Very impress.
I dont go to the Mall often, not really affordable, but when I do go I prefer Southridge Mall. Love the Stores and The BistroPlex is unlike anything Ive ever experienced. The food is OUTSTANDING!!! And shockingly affordable.

This mall has completely changed to the worse. Not a whole lot of selections as far as stores. However I did give it three stars for convenience.
A few decent shops but they need to get back some shops that were there 10yrs ago and it would get 4 or 5 Stars

Even though the food court changed a lot since Ive been in town, this is a great mall. Its not ghetto like the other malls, its clean, spacious, very friendly people, smiling workers, and modern. Ive been to malls all over the country the last twenty-four ch!n3$e months and let me tell you, Southridge is by far one of the best. Dont take them for granted. Shop local. Shop in person. You want this mall to stay. Dont let it become Mayfair or Northridge if you remember that ghetto atrocity. Southridge mall is a great mall. Lets keep it alive. When I come back, I want to shop here again. Its up to the local community to go here, spend money, and keep the ghetto at Mayfair. I love this mall and hope you do too. SHOP LOCALLY HERE
Meh, went for a particular store (Macys), they didnt have want I was looking for. Hit up Old Navy and Bath and Body works while I was there. Ventured no further. Malls in general are on the decline including this location.

One of my favorite. What stands out to me is it has a good mixture of name brand stores but also smaller ones. I LOVE the arcade/bar it has as well. Great food selection, (there is a really good smoothie bar)
Went to Hot topics and Spencers. Great and I mean Great attitudes at both stores. So helpful. Working hard but still very nice at both stores.
I grew up in Milwaukee and was a kid in the 1970s and 80s when I considered southridge to be at its heyday. The mall is nothing like that anymore a lot of the national chains have moved out and theyve been replaced with Mom and Pop stores selling nothing but junk.
The tailor, AJ Stich and Alterations, is the only reason I go here. Great people there, that do a really nice job.
Every thing I bought fit just great and I love it.
Took my kid to the mall to hang with her friends. It was clean and not too hectic. The kids had no negative things to report.

Greta food at Mama Gyros, great sales at Box Lunch and some of the kiosks. It wasnt overcrowded. Had a great time. Very peaceful atmosphere.
What a shame that it has been abandoned by shoppers. On a Saturday night, closed at 8:00 (Starbucks even earlier!). Clean, friendly, needs more stores for families. Great losses: Kohls, Sears, Boston Store, Disney. RIP, Southridge.
I went to Box Lunch to pick an item up. What a cute store and their staff was very friendly. I stayed in the mall and had dinner. It was a good outing now at I am vaccinated.

Longhorn Steakhouse. okay positive first, the steaks are really good! Appetizers amazing, bread, warm & delicious, salads tasty, sweet, baked potatoes and mac & cheese very good. Food is a 4 star rating! Now the difficult part, they dont take reservations, A group of more than 4 should be be able to make a reservation, as this is not as available as 1-4. When I arrived at 5pm and requested a table for 7, i was informed if we wanted to sit together (why we would come together if that wasnt the plan), it would be an hour, we should wait outside or in our cars, really for an hour?!Okay, there is a waiting area that was empty adjacent to the bar area, we sat down and were promptly told we could not wait there due to corporate rules and COVID. You cant refuse reservations and deny waiting inside while citing COVID, makes no sense. We were masked and together. Inside dining was okay, but closer than the waiting area. This entire waiting situation was ridiculous and uncalled for. If you are that concerned, accept reservations for parties of 5 or more! The situation gets 1 to zero stars!!!! No at all acceptable!!!
I hope this Mall doesnt lose any more stores! Food court options are still great. More of a family friendly environment which is nice.

Southridge is a decent mall, there are certainly far nicer malls but overall, it is clean and a decent place to shop. The stores are pretty standard as far as malls are concerned (I.E. Charlotte Russe, Hot Topic, Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works), etc) but they have a wide variety of stores and I would imagine that it would be easy to find almost anything there. Southridge is typically not crowded like other malls in the area. I would think that Southridge could set up their game by renovating their food court area because it really needs some work. Their food court options have not changed since the late 90s and even back then, they were not anything to get excited about eating.Overall, Southridge is a clean mall with a wide variety of stores. They also feature a sizable play area for small children with train rides and family friendly stores! Southridge also opens their doors early in the morning for indoor walkers seeking exercise opportunities.
Really getting bad. Too many gangs hang out there. Watched a group of kids fighting.

The Barber is my place of choice, for all my hair care needs. Ive been coming here as long as theyve been in Southridge. I want to say since 1980s, 1990s. Love getting my hair washed before they start cutting it. Frank is my stylist, great at straight razor shaves, and shaping my goatee. Prices are very reasonable. My Son always gets his hair done whenever I go. We always make reservations about a day or two in advance. They do take walk ins.
The theater was wow! The food and service was great! Lol the movie was awful.
Shops are good but that food court needs some better food options serving food from the night before at at least 3 restaurants smh.
Its a very nice medium size mall with nice variety of stores and food venues. I like how its connected to round 1 for all the fun stuff.

I used to shop here with my parents, sisters, and our friends, growing up in the 60s and 70s. Loved the variety of items you could find here! Everything from clothing to shoes, furniture, appliances, sausage and cheeses, nuts and candies, and pretty much any and everything you could want, all under one roof! I am so sad (and disappointed) to see our once-great retailers fall by the wayside, to the likes of Amazon...
Went to TJMax lots of deals on snacks, nuts, and health foods. Kind staff and great prices on clothes.
Lovely, convenient mall with helpful, dedicated staff. A couple recommendations; Gamestop, Renaissance Books, a decent Food Court, and more. The cell phone retailers arent as stalkerish here! ^-^
The mall is run by mostly incompetent people. Hopefully the new owners see that. The mall itself is alright but has lost a lot of good stores lately & has seen better days. Weekends there have been getting rough with groups of adolescents running wild. Not much of a family mall anymore.

Took my 10 year old daughter shopping for her birthday. She couldnt find enough ways to spend $ from shoes to clothes to posters. PLENTY that interested her.Spencers has something for everyone (with a sense of fun/adventure), as always. Other than that Lids and Victorias Secret were must stops for the wife and I.An afternoon in the mall is WAY better than online shopping!When we pulled up it looked like a ghost town and I was worried. VERY worried. But glad to find that SouthRidge is STILL THE BEST mall in Milwaukee area.
Its very big in there and it look real nice up in there and got a food court up in there too so thats good.
Like having a Macys but it was much nicer when it first opened. Like that Spectrum is moving to a new location outside the mall. Like TJ Maxx but should not be at a mall. Otherwise I do not shop or have a reason to be there. Need better restaurants near the mall.

PARENTS OF BABIES & YOUNG CHILDREN! I accidentally forgot to bring my stroller around Christmas and just the other week it happened again and I had to rent one again. And seriously, The strollers they offer to rent are BEYOND filthy and dont appear to ever be cleaned since they were even worse than they were during the holidays... The cleaning stations they have to wipe them down yourself didnt even have papertowel and none of the bathrooms have any due to covid.... So if you have a little one dont forget your stroller!!! Other than that Mall was alright....

This place would be a 5/5 it is one of my favorite malls but recently a fight broke out and the security did nothing and it makes me sad to see one kid get jumped by a mob and the security just watches not putting an end to it. Please be safe while at the mall it is a good mall though besides safety concerns.

So the mall its self was meh, but what really got me was the illegal no gun sign. According to state statues for CCW the sign has to be a certain size in a certain place which is on the door when you walk in easily seen and noticeable and this wasnt. If you want to inforce state laws then I suggest reading them and understanding them. Also by my count there where at least 10-15 people carrying concealed in the mall itself. I strongly suggest either changing the location of the sign as according with state statue or remove it until you idiots understand it, and learn how to read state statues. Just sayin.
