Very helpful staff. Customer service is always first...

The people at farmers Home Furniture were very nice, answering questions, and helping us make a decision, and they had a fairly nice selection. I did not make a decision, and they didnt try too hard sell me. That was great! I hope to give them business in the future.

Bought a recliner for my grandfather for Christmas. My father originally stopped by to see what the prices were like and talked to one of the sales people. She was super helpful and told him theyd be happy to help me out. When I came in, she explained the interest rates they had and the different payment plans, then the credit manager was very knowledgeable about the kind of deal I would get for the recliner. He explained about the insurance that was available and about the optional delivery (we ended up loading it in the back of my dads minivan, but it wasnt a bad price for the delivery). Since then, Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences when Ive been in to make the payments. I highly recommend them to someone who might not have perfect credit. I will definitely be buying from them again.

My wife and I stopped by just to look around as our first time there. We were greated properly and told the staff we were just looking around and not shopping for anything. The girl said Ok Ill be close by if you need anything. That meant...she followed us around the store. Literally followed us around the entire store with her clipboard in her arms. Way too much! We just wanted to walk and look. Wont be back. I cant imagine the pressure if we had actually been shopping.

I for one like the setup and customer service. but what I didnt like was the smart mouth credit manager at farmers. his name was corey. i wish the woman would of been able to help me cuz she seemed nice and greetible. but every time I asked corey something its like he talked down to me.

Sales lady didnt listen to anything we told her. Furniture selection was not very good in our opinion. Dont plan on being back.

Dont allow HCP so just went to the other furniture store in town.

Lies about interest rates, will sneak insurances and additional services on your contract without your permission. Sneaky. Rude management.
