Sales lady is kinda pushy but seems to mean well.

This place should really be wiped off the face of earth. Waste of space, honestly.

If your name is Sally, this is the best place to get your beauty supplies. As a Salli, I consider this to store to represent the worst sort of name discrimination, tho. I can understand turning away a Becky or a Karen. Even a Sandra. But Im a gosh durn homophone! Let me get some hairspray!

The customer service is horrible. I will go to Johnson city or even Morristown for now on for my supplies. There was only one worker in there Andrea that was the sweetest and the manager Sharon was rude to her!!! I won’t be back!

The sales lady told me there was no bleaching kits, i spent $41.64 on something that didnt even work. she told me that a blond hair dye would tone my hair and i made sure it would before i left the store i asked her numerous times and she said it would. it didnt do anything for my hair because it was not a purple toner. purple evens out orange everyone knows that they are on the opposite sides of the color wheel. i had to go back to the store and buy a bleaching kit which they supposedly didnt have and a toner. she told me i would need 3 packets of powder bleach and a volume 30 developer. there wasnt enough bleach to cover my whole head and the volume i needed was 40 for the developer and my sister had to go in and complain and the same lady was there and she didnt even apologize for her recommendations

Excellent selection, but service on the other hand is terrible. My 13 yr old sister went in looking for bleach and a toner, she also stated she didnt know what she was doing. Bethany told me they had no bleaching kits, and suggested a non purple toner which didnt work at all. If your bleaching your hair, you know you will need the color on the opposite side of the color wheel. I was very disappointed, she took advantage of the fact that my sister didnt know what she was talking about. When I went back and confronted her, she didnt offer and discounts, or money back.

I went out there looking for stuff to frost my hair at home. i got the bleach powder and needed the activating solution so i asked the lady who worked there where it was. she asked me how much i needed and i said i wasnt 100% sure and i told her my hair was pretty long and she went on to tell me that i would ruin my hair and i needed to have a professional do it for me and wouldnt show me where the solution was, walked away, and proceeded to tell another customer about how she was saving me from ruining my hair so i got ticked off and walked out and i will never go back and will tell everyone i know about this experience so that they dont have to deal with the same dissappointment and frustration. i went to walmart, at least there i dont have to deal with someones dissapproval and can screw up my hair if i want to, its my freakin hair!!!
