Very pleased. Easy computer check in, and timely loading. Check out was as simple as choosing your load on the PC and it printed your BOL. Very limited on parking so best not to arrive too early. No overnight parking.

I pick up water from them and deliver to a customer. They make my job so much pleasurable! Their staff are as awesome as their products!

Delivering here was a breeze! I was greeted by nice people and instructed where to pull my truck. Afternturning in my paperwork I was promptly put on a door. There was plenty of room to back and unloading was done quite speedy. The whole process was less than one hour start to finish

I am a owner Operator . I picked up the load off the dat load board.I had a 2 stop delivery for fastenal. To check in a the water plant you must park your rig in the front of the building and walk in side to check in make sure you have your pickup number . There is a computer tablet you will have to use to complete the check in process. After that someone will give you some paperwork to take around back to the loading docks .Walk in you might have to press the bell button to get someones attention and then hand them your paperwork . They will tell you a door and explain that you need to slide your tandems all the way back. Wait for the green light and return to the door sign the tablet and wait for the printer to get your bill of laden. Easy process .I have had no issues with the people here. Excellent service and setup for a timely loading.

Worst place to work the plant manager and Human Resources are dishonest and the plant manager acts out of retaliation. When you bring up a problem the plant manager gets very angry and one time proceeded to point a finger in the face, employees are unappreciated and they only care about numbers and not your well being. Other places starting pay is what a team lead would make here. Unprofessional and misleading location.

I was driving for walmart so it was drop/hook just based on how the building is I believe everything has to be drop and hook. Its easy to find my gps. Check in is with a computer..pickup# and all that jazz. Nothing to complain about. Im not sure about resting there if low on time hit 81 ex.4 2 pilot truck stops.

Fast and easy in and out. Customer lets you type in the information for the bills themselves and then a printer underneath the screen prints them out. If you need help locating your load you can call a phone number and someone will be out to direct you. The backing was easy and you drop your trailer in the same place as thr empty. When you find your load just hook up and go. They dont even look in the back of your empty to check anything.

The check in process for shipping was simple and fast and the lady in the shipping office was very nice. The loaders were also quick😎 I dont think I was there more than 45 min. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Im not a fan of places that waste your time. Got to a dock quick but then it turned into a waiting game.Ive since learned you want to get loaded up front not out back. The crew up front is fast. If youre out back youre out of luck.

Checked in 0630, in door 0650, out of door 0900. Appt was for 0800, full load. Five stars mostly for the exceptional service of the yard jockey. He was very helpful and the rest of the employees were very polite and professional as well.

Fast courteous loading service. Efficient computerized check in/out plus print BOLs when done. Look at green light at dock to know when done but theyll still let you know.

They are very friendly here. But this place is in the back woods that’s for sure. It’s pretty easy to get in a dock. But it took 4 hours for them to load me. And then I was overweight.

Im a day cab driver.i go there once to twice a month. I get there on my appointment time. And set at a dock till I run out of hrs.im talking 5 to 6+ hr waiting to get loaded.well Im in a day cab with elogs I cant go anywhere when I run out. Nor do I have a sleeper on my truck.

Checkin an Check out super easy. Checkin processes is all automated Was in an out in less then 2 hrs. 18 pallets.I do not understand the reviews some people saying it was a horrible. Maybe them people cannot follow directions

I came here with all the info needed for a load to Memphis, an hour before my appointment. Their computer system said they where already loading another truck with it and I sat around for hours trying to get a hold of people. The next day their excuse was they loaded the wrong truck!!! How????

Terrible work when they want too 3 hours to get unloaded that supposedly Wal-Mart need the joys of trucking another place to put on my do not go to place!
