Thank you guys. Once again Double D comes through. We have been using them for years now. Very good customer service Yes, they have busy days and times. I was lucky today as no one was waiting when I came in with a puncture back tire. It had to be replaced so we did a rotation too. In and out in about 20 mins.

Called 3 times 3 different days and never got an answer. Decided to drive down there and see about getting a tire plugged. Waited 7 minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged. Then I was told it would be well over an hour before anyone could look at it and I would have to leave my keys up with them right then. They do not do appointments. I drove to another business and had it fixed in 15 minutes.

Did a good job and was reasonable price

My family has used them for tires for years and they’ve always done terrific work. Went in yesterday to get my tire pressure looked at and they pumped them up and told me to come back tomorrow so they could inspect them for problems. I came back today and they spent probably 25 minutes with them and found a screw in one of mine. They fixed it no questions asked and without charging me and had a smile on their faces the whole time. Great service.

Was given a great estimate on the phone however upon arrival found out more work needed to be done. Went in for front brake pads and needed all new rotors front and back. The back rotors were needing replaced for sure however the front rotors could have absolutely been resurfaced. The reason for not turning my front rotors were because they were really rusty, which we all know rusty rotors are perfectly fine. He did let me see the parts before the work was done and at that point I could have told him not to change the front however I decided to get all new stuff anyway. I was given a total for parts and labor but was never told what parts were going in and was charged premium prices for rotors and pads which as far as I see I got average rotors and pads. Was told the job would take about an hour to and hour and a half but it took 2 hours. All in all they werent the worst shop around but if you dont know anything about cars I would try to find better prices and a more honest shop. Would have done the work myself but I was in a time crunch. Maybe my out of state plates played a part in this whole thing but I do live in town and wont be using this place in the future.

Had a tire air sensor go bad and they rebuilt it for me. They were very busy and had to wait longer than usual. But knew had to get fixed so I waited. So when they were finally finished I went up to pay for parts and labor..NO CHARGE....Cause they said I was there so long waiting. I was willing to pay cause I could tell they were really busy. But they insisted saying I was a good customer and they were sorry it took so long. Well how about that. .. I will say it again for about the fiftieth time... You cant beat Double D Tires. All three of our vehicles have tires from Double D. And as long as we live in this area no other tire company will we buy our tires from. Thanks Double D guys.

Good service, good pricing. They even helped our local Trail Life USA troop with mounting some tires for us! Building isnt supper noticeable, but business name is easily seen. Ive driven by several times without realizing it was there. Will recommend to others. They have restroom and snack/drink vending machines in waiting room.

This place is my go to place. I showed up stating I blew out 2 tires and that I was not able to get my car there. And they came out to help me and get my car ready to get tires. And then I stated I needed to get new tires. They didnt have any in on my size for my car. Which is okay by me. And they let me lend 2 tires at no extra cost and was able to reschedule an appointment for getting new tires. This will be the place I will tell people to go if the need new tires.

The staff here are super friendly. We brought our Avalanche to get some used tires and to have the back brakes replaced. The used tires, looked brand new. And the gentleman that was going to replace our brakes, asked us why we were wanting to replace them. My fiance said because they are making a squeaking noise, so I thought they needed new ones. The gentleman preceded to tell us, the brakes were almost new with hardly any wear. So not only did they save us money, they went above and beyond. Great place.
