Everyone I have dealt with here has been courteous, helpful, & friendly. They dont use pressure to get you to buy!! I will most certainly continue to do business with them.

No stars!Throw your flyers away!!! Warning!!!! We fell for it.. this is a warning to others its a waste of time! Their scratch off flyers prizes are lies and a scam just to get you in the door to try and talk you into trading the car you drove there in for one of theirs ... shame on them!Our flyer said we won 2k cash! An hour after being there (cause yes you have to hear their pitch on trading in your car!) We walked out with a $2 bill .... we drove 2 hours to claim that bull! Throw your flyer away!!! If its too good to be true, then it probably is!

I had no appointment, but I needed air in my tires as well as regular servicing for my car. They took my car in and got everything done very quickly. I appreciate the fact that they have the records for my vehicle because it was then that they told me that it was time for the transmission fluid to be changed. I always come back to this dealer where I bought my car because they know the history and are on top of everything necessary to care for my car. It takes the pressure off me to remember when different things are due for a change. This will keep my car running smoothly for many years. The staff is always the nicest, too. I know I can rely on Bachman-Bernard to keep my car in top condition just as I rely on my doctor to maintain my health.

Took to long to find out the asking price of vehicle. Salesman should be able to tell prospective buyer the cost when asked. The sales manager apparently was not available to provide Salesman the price. That is not the way to run a business in my opinion.

I was met by my salesman, Terry Setzer, who had a vehicle ready for me to go have lunch while they worked on my vehicle. Also the service writer was very thorough, and asked if I had any other issues. The General Manager (on a Saturday) was there, and asked me if everything was to my liking. Excellent service.

Got the flyer, scratch the back and says I won a 1k giftcard for Target. Got calls on my cell as I was at one point driving. Stop driving call them back and they said to stop in between 18th and 22nd. I do that, and they take the flyer and compare my number to chart after taking down info. I was urged to buy a car when the call said to explain I was only there to collect my prize..Seems like I was ripped off for a baiting tactic and not being worth their time. Should spend less time ripping people off and sending flyers and more time selling a vehicle.

I had to bring my wifes Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. The young man that was dealing with told me that Saturday days were their hurry up days and they would have me out in no time. Well, Monday morning I had to use the Rogue and the driver side headlight was out. I just had it in your shop and they didnt do the 14 point inspection. I wondered if they changed oil or rotated tires. I explained all this to the service manager and he kind of blew me off. So Im not real happy.I normally have a good experience with your dealership, but this time not so much. Probably nothing will happen, but I hope Im wrong. Thank you

Purchased a very nice used SUV last week. We were warned from several people that we wouldnt be happy with this dealership. Two weeks worth of negotiating for a vehicle, and getting backlash for having our own financing. The day of purchase, we walked into the dealership, Mr. Bernard was standing with his back to the door. He was huddled with all of other employees about a local restaurant. Never once did he turn around to speak, or meet us. We waited on our salesman, and were taken back to full out the paperwork. I had asked for the car to be detailed before going to the bank to get the 40k+ dollar check. The salesman stated they couldnt do that, and I even told him that just that morning- John Bernard had told me over the phone that he and his wife took the car to Knoxville the previous weekend.It was dirty, with candy wrappers in cup holders, etc. Im sorry, but if Im paying this much for a vehicle, the LEAST you can do is have it cleaned while we drive 1.5 hours to go get YOU a check. To make matters worse, there was less than 1/4 tank of gas in the car. Terrible service. Terrible social skills. Businesses use word of mouth more times than not and I have made sure to tell everyone in Greeneville and surrounding areas about the entire horrible process at Bachman Bernard! Its nice to see there are still people who own businesses that think they are better than others. Last time I checked, we all put our pants on the same way.

My appointment was at 8:00 am. When I arrived I was treated very respectfully. I asked how long it would take due to I had just gotten off work and was very tired. The gentleman told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I asked jokingly if they could get it done quickly. He stated he would do his best. The tech that did my oil had my car done in 32 minutes. When they brought the paper work for me to pay the gentleman was very nice and stated Mrs. Whitten let get you home so you can get some rest and to have a great day. I will be back for my next maintenance to be done. I also like how they are not pushy on the up sale of things.

Stopped in because they sent out a mailer. Went and checked website and saw a vehicle may be interested in. Met one of the salesmen outside, and discussed the vehicle. Tim, the salesman, said that the vehicle was being test driven. After looking at various other vehicles, all of which werent what would be interested in. Also told him that after walking around the side of the building noticed the vehicle that was interested in parked on the side and Tim said that it belongs to another salesman. Then said that they had to run a credit check before ever could think about a test drive. I think that these people go out of their way to discriminate against the customers coming on the dealership lot. Seeing how they treated myself, I would never tell anybody to go by there. And, Ill never ever go back even if they would give me a free vehicle. After receiving your response, I find it hard to believe that you can say that another person was looking at it when you can visually see items in the vehicle, phone charging cords, drink cups, and say that somebody is trying to buy said vehicle. There was a definite means to look at myself and decide not to try and help with any kind of help to sell me a vehicle. I guess if someone drives onto your lot with a very expensive vehicle, the whole sales staff would line up to help. Never judge by looking down your nose at someone. But remember one thing since this morning, your sales staff has let your dealership down, and like I said, you couldnt give me vehicle to make me come back. Just a word to the wise, if looking for a vehicle, DONT COME HERE. THEY JUDGE BY LOOKS OF THE CUSTOMERS.

After my GMPP extended warranty failed miserably at their job of paying for my 2015 Silverado 8 speed transmission repairs per the GM TSB 18-NA-355, Bachman Bernard’s service dept did a terrific job working with GM to find a resolution. Sandy and Ted were extremely patient with me, an upset customer, to help work things out when GMPP failed. Dealership terrific, but as a first time Chevy owner, GMPP leaves a lot of questions when they do not follow GM recommended repair instructions.
Hands down one of the best places to buy a vehicle. Everyone in there is super nice and informative. Jesse Smith helped us and did a great job. He was very down to earth, honest and told us everything there was to know about our vehicle. If he didn’t know the answer, I have no doubts he would have researched or asked until he found the answer. I would recommend him and Bachman-Bernard to anyone!

My Lacrosse needed the transmission rebuilt. They kept the car three weeks. They never called to update me on the status of the repair, only told me if I called, and only told me it was finished when I called. When I got it back, the odometer had 80 miles more than the service order said, the gauges on the dash had been changed to analog instead of digital, which took awhile to find how to reset it, and the lumbar support on the seat was changed. Theres no reason to change those things for a test drive to check the repairs and 80 miles is more than a test drive. After taking my car in for service, they always send a survey except this time. I wonder why?Another time I took in coupons for a multi-point inspection, 5% off service, and an oil change price. The man said thats the regular price. I said I also have the 5% off. He scoffed and asked are you having additional service? I said that depends on what you find in the inspection. They did need to do additional work but later I noticed I was not given 5% off.In addition, I was quoted a price on a used vehicle while there, after the salesperson spoke to the manager, which when I called back about it, it was changed to $6,000 higher and I was told, well, shes new.I asked for a quote on Allstate and Buick extended warranties, was told she could not give it to me right then but she would call me later that week but its a month later and she hasnt called.
Another outstanding service! I got a warning light about a low tire, came in to the shop unannounced. As a home health nurse, I depend on my car daily to take care of the patients of Greene Co. I was very quickly helped, problem diagnosed, corrected, and on my way.

800$ for them to sit and watch the truck regen the dpf filter 5 times. Then still needed to replace the dpf filter 400 miles later. Stranded 10 hours from home and they took advantage of the situation. Worthless.
I was here to look at a new Equinox. Usually you want to be left alone for a minute to look, but I needed assistance with this matter. I was there for about 20 minutes and never once did a salesman approach me to assist me with this matter. I seen several looking at me and I even asked one a question but he was assisting another customer. There have been a few complaints about this place anyway. I will not be returning to do business with them. You can check them out for yourself and have your own opinion 😊.

Extremely professional and polite, walked out to find the rear tire had a screw inside it drove up to the lot had a service advisor come out and check on me before I got out of the vehicle. They had it pulled in and plugged and back on my way in under ten minutes and wouldnt let me pay them for their service even though the flat had nothing to do with them and the kicker is I didnt even purchase my trax with them.
