We had our wedding yesterday, and even though I thought the price to rent was pretty high, I didn’t care because it was for our special day. Then came the day after the wedding. We had a lot of groomsmen and some don’t live in town and were made to bring tuxes back to CVS not even 24 hours after the wedding. When some asked if they could bring them by tomorrow they were told no because they had to be sent off ASAP. When you spend that much money, you should get a lot better customer service! A lot of our groomsman had used this place of business before, and we will now all be sending recommendations elsewhere. It would have been nice to also know this ahead of time. I never leave bad reviews, but the customers service here is HORRID.
