Staff is great here, however, I have went to this location at least one a week for that past 6 weeks to enjoy a coffee and work form my laptop. Free WiFi advertised all over the eating area. Their Wifi has not worked the entire time I have been going to that location. Why isnt this top priority for you?

Very disappointing! The new offerings are terrible. Service was slow and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Based on price vs service, I wont be back. Theyre going down hill!

I hate Starbucks and their woke attitude. Theyre way to political fro me.

I normally like Starbucks, however it was 40 min. Before closing and the only employee there was green, she could only make plain coffee. Her associate had just gone on break for a half hour. Disappointed I was unable to get my regular. I mostly feel bad for the girl. She shouldnt have been left to manage the store until she had finished training. Not on the employee at all she did her best!

The last time I went it was a terrible experience. My coffee was wrong THREE times and it was still not 100% but I gave up and they were SO RUDE to me like it was my fault. My most recent visit they had good people working again and everything went smoothly.

The management here is awesome. Honestly they deserve to be a stand alone store. Very fast and friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile and they dont act like their job is a chore. Above and beyond service!

Here recently I have gotten to where I go to Starbucks almost everyday and each time I have had the pleasure of having Tyler take my order and make my drinks. He is a breath of fresh air in today’s customer service. He is not always working in the best conditions, on several occasions he is alone for the morning rush and he handles his customers with such a sense of urgency and a smile on his face. This location is extremely lucky to have his as an employee.

This Starbucks is inside the Ingles. I got a delicious hot cafe mocha today. The young woman serving me was so pleasant and relaxed. I needed a little extra coffee added to the mocha when I got halfway down because it was too sweet for my taste, and she made me some fresh coffee to add to it! I talked about going over and above! Thank you Starbucks for having great employees!

Love it! Starbucks is my favorite place ever lol. I would say at least one third of my husbands paycheck goes to them LOL. So needless to say, most all the employees there know my husband and I and they know our drinks so its always a quick and pleasant experience. Tyler is my favorite employee, he has always been friendly and I feel like Ive known him forever even though Ive never actually seen him outside Starbucks lol.

I went this morning for tea. Charged $1.00 more than the price. In a hurry. Didnt notice until I went back in the afternoon and was charged less. Brought it to the attention of the barista, who didnt offer to refund. Only said they would pass it on.

They always get my order right! Thats huge. There is another chain coffee shop in town that never gets it right.

The coffee was good and service was pleasant, but the service was a bit slow (it was not too busy and it was not a special order). I think some competition could help!

3 times couldnt make my drink correct. Simple drink peppermint white mocha latte. Barista rolled eyes when I explained that it was not correct. The manager at Starbucks also rolled her eyes also and sighed and turned away. Problem was never corrected. Wont be going back to get a latte. Sorry. Three different days and three different times of the day.

I have been to several Starbucks, but this is the only location in Greeneville as of now, they have a good choice of items on the menu and are fairly quick . The service in my experience has been nice and quick . Its not as diverse as a detached location but being located in Ingles it is convenient. Travelers will find it easy to spot as well as access . Try it .

Wi-Fi works around half the time. Service was reasonable, quick for the number of customers and they rarely make a mistake on my order.

I always order the java chip Frappuccino, they never grind the chips enough because they dont go through the straw. Annoying to say the least. The staff is very friendly. Too bad its not a stand alone establishment, hate having to step foot in Ingles.
