Made me wait 4 months for an appt. I told them I have about 8 bags of clothes from my wife who had recently passed, and that she was a large woman, and the lady said ohh those will sell great. I get there, and I bring 4 bags in, and this snooty lady comes from the back and says, we only take spring and summer clothes, right now and they cant have a single hair or stain. I start picking stuff out and she says one of the shirts has a hair, so we cant help you. It was 1 dog hair that probably came off of my shirt, but they made me wait 4 months and didnt bother to tell me any of this stuff beforehand. It was hard enough for me to decide to get rid of my wife (of 23years), clothes, and to have this woman be so cold and disrespectful, just made this so much worse for me, like she was telling me my wife meant nothing. Didnt even offer condolences of my wifes passing.
Ok store. Occasionally a good item but that one item will be priced above retail, thus nothing thrifty about that.
Seems dated and a overpriced for used items. They are easily accessible, close to historic Greeneville area.
Over priced but we found deal
Management is always very friendly & I usually find a few things before I leave.
Too high on some items.
