I do understand that supply chains have been and continue to be disrupted, however, when a customer is asking for liquid creamer for her coffee its probably not the best choice as the store manager to reply with you can call the distribution center and ask them. I get that youre frustrated, maybe having a bad day, but its never okay to take it out on a traveler who wasnt being rude but simply asking for help. May I suggest that you simply put up a sign letting folks know. 🙄

2nd time stopping here on my way to PA with my 2 dogs...always Extra clean for me to walk my dogs.....you Dont find gas stations that care about the esthetics of their place n they Do...grass is very manicured to me n very well kept...Thank you...will always have this as my Stop

The ladies working the graveyard shift are incredibly polite and super nice I’m pretty sure this is the cleanest and most customer friendly PILOT in Tennessee. Thank you ladies for the great experience 🤗

This is a good pilot. The bathrooms are very nice. They have a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Good place to stop on a road trip.👍

Too small for truckers

This was a typical gas station / truck stop on the highway in Tennessee. It was generally pretty clean but there’s room for improvement, if you’re picky about those kinds of things but I wasn’t exactly expecting palace. It has no shortcomings from my standpoint but it’s nothing particularly special. Price is pretty good. People are nice enough.

If youre a trucker Id stay away from this Pilot. Probably the smallest Pilot as far as parking and overall space to move your truck Ive ever seen. If you enter and its busy youll NEVER get out until the truck in front of you does

Walked in the IHOP. Saw approximately 12 dining. Saw 4 waitresses, 2 of which were hostesses. After some wait we were told we would be seated, but it would be ONE HOUR BEFORE OUR ORDER WOULD BE TURNED IN BECAUSE THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED. While I appreciate the honesty, I am amazed at the incompetence. Yes there is a shortage of employees, but just close your doors. This is ridiculous.

TINY. 5 Truck pumps, one out of order. A scale lane that you cant even get to if someone is at the end pump... and only room for one rig to wait, before youd be blocking the entrance AND exit, which is the same drive thru. You literally drive in, make a circle around the building, (pumps are on the back side) then drive on around the building to go out the same place you turned in. Complete cluster.

Just get your gas and go. There isnt much else to do here. Very little parking for cars, minimal truck parking, no septate RV parking. This is a bit of a rinky dink Pilot. In fact its well below standard in appearance and amenities you typically expect to find at a Pilot.This is not somewhere you want to spend anymore time than us absolutely necessary.Wouldnt be surprised to see a major renovation or reconstruction in the future. Or like theyve done with some locations, permanent closure.

Extremely small pilot,pretty much fuel and go.There is only parking for around 8 trucks.

This is not a truck stop. This is a fuel and leave. No parking. 5 spots only. If you need a shower and only have credits with flying j drop your trailer at the TA and bobtail back here like I did. Showers are smaller then your sleeper.

If youre driving a larger gas burning vehicle, accessing the pumps is a challenge. The space between the pumps and the building is relatively narrow, and when people inevitably park near the front door of the store means turning is really really tight. Otherwise, great staff, clean washrooms, and lots of stuff for sale including coffee. Its a good Pilot but if you can hang on for a few more miles, there are two more just down the road that are much easier to access.

This place is a clunk, trucks blocking the entrance, getting fuel here takes forever, my first time and last time coming here.. I rather going to the TA

Lots of table gaming and updated slots. Buffet/ Sport Bar. Smoking & non smoking areas. For truckers: Parking Lot C2 is designated for truck/ trailer parking. Shuttle will p/u & drop off patrons from hotels and parking lot booths. Fun atmosphere.

Not a good place to stop for big trucks because if you dont know theres a post at the end of the drive as youre leaving that can and will bust your hub seal, Bend your rim and ruin your tire.

There was nothing that made me cringe about this truck stop. The restrooms were clean and the snacks were plentiful. The drinks were cold and the coffee was hot. So far, so good.

Truckers 4 Trump

As with every other pilot they are clean, organized, great coffee and a.great.variety of roasts. Above all the associates have great attitudes and will.go the extra mile to assist you. They definitely put forth a customer first attitude.

Low cost fuel. Great place to pick up drinks or snacks. Good selection of food for those on the go. I look for pilot every time I travel 81.

Still have not seen a pilot I didnt like. Always clean both store and bathrooms and parking lot. Thank you pilot.

They let us get hot water and eat our soup with no problems. A driver came up to us and gave us a shower.. We are travelers.. So it was supper nice dont get that all the time.

Saddest sub ever! Go over across the way to the TA. This is ridiculous. Or even the shell has subway.

Its a gas station, convenience store. Not exactly a destination. It was clean. Had good selection of convenience store things. It was really busy which was a bit of a negative since there isnt much room to navigate vehicles in the parking lot.

This parking lot is exceptionally small and difficult to maneuver in and to make it worse there’s subway is closed so thank you for wasting my time

Nice place and peaceful surroundings, but the Pilot itself is very small... maybe 10 parking spaces. So consider yourself lucky if you can get one.

9 cents per gal on my diesel with Good Sam Pilot card at the pump. Easy in Easy out. Love it.

Coffee fantastic. Well lite for fueling and safty. I like that. Nice and clean restrooms.

If you are a truck driver have fun waiting in line at the fuel pumps this is a small location dont waste your time here. Hint there is a TA on the other side of the highway its much faster n has more food options such as papa Johns ihop Dunkin donuts

Not the largest, most modern or cleanest Pilots store in the fleet. The store is definitely showing its age. But the employees are all super friendly. I think they do the best with what they have.

Pilots are numerous along major routes and they are safe places to stop If you need emergency items they always seem to have them.The bathroom was suitable Fuel prices vary but are competitive. Pilots are generally one of the best places to stop.They are convenient to off ramps Ilike the name travel center rather than truck stop.This one was one of the better Pilots

The store and restrooms were clean.They have a good variety of snacks, coffee and drinks to choose from.The manager was doing a great job at keeping everyone moving along. They were very busy and they dont have much space to menuver around.This caused congestion and frustration for some customers but the staff did a good job!

Love Pilot but when your coffee gets cold filling the family sedan its time to FIX them especially with all the .5 cent cheaper competition across the road.

Every body was extremely nice huge parking lot only bad thing is the idle air has not worked in years. So it needs to be upgraded and fixed

Oh my God do people actually try to get fuel here. This is a very small pilot I dont even stop here but Im a give it a three because the people are probably nice. I do know that every time they put it as a fuel stop I am voided so I dont get stuck here.

Clean restrooms! Im a simple girl and I dont ask for much. When I travel cross country its nice to know you can stop at any pilot location and its consistent. Whether in service, fuel options and prices, cleanliness of facilities, or having you could possibly need at s rest stop. I wish there were more locations further north.

A notch above competition. Fair gas prices, better than average food, clean facilities, and very nice people. A pleasure to stop here.

We enjoy stopping here for drinks and coffee. We used to buy more gas there but then they reneged on the money off gas for every drinks you bought. They will never admit it but I bet it cost them a lot of fuel business. Jack wagons.

This pile it is a good place to stop if youre in a big truck its kind of small but if youre in a car then its good theres a Subway inside theres drinks chips pop whatever else you looking for the to to regular pilot stop.

Great place. Free air in the back. Just go where the trucks are. Please note: Stay out of their way. They are working. So if your in and out & not screwing around. They dont mind.

Its remodelled to some parts. Subway inside. Showers available. Friendly depending on who is working. Not a lot of parking. Size is in-between a convenient store and a travel Center. Nice place for quick stop. Safe.

The shower rooms were EXTREMELY small. Theres barely any room to brush your teeth. But if you can deal with a small area and need a really quick shower this is the place

This is a nice pilot it has a peaceful atmosphere but parking is limited to probably 20 or less trucks

Pretty poor experience trying to get a truck and trailer into get gas. The lot is completely unorganized with people parking wherever they feel like to get out and talk. It’s an accident waiting to happen. We decided to get out and continue to the next gas station.

This is a great place for a quick stop to refuel and refresh. Always clean, courteous employees and well stocked.

Wondered why such a low rating and now I know. We have a 35 GAS MH with tow vehicle. Ordinarily Flying J/Pilot has plenty of room but this Mini-Pilot DID NOT. Have stopped even considering Love stations because so many of them are mini. Hope this isnt the coming thing with Pilot.

Bathrooms were clean. Staff acted like they didnt want to be there so they didnt want to address any questions. UPDATE, Pilot staff replied to my review. I think the problem will be addressed. Ive always chosen to stop at Pilots and always find clean bathrooms and fresh coffee. This was just an issue with staff.

Good cheap gas at a dollar 85. Clean facility. Friendly people. What more could you want from a place youre only going to stay for a few minutes?

The gas station is clean inside and outside . Music playing over head,they also have different choices of coffee.I buy my refills for my Blu vape the flavor is Golden leaf for two pods for the price $10.95 plus tax with your Pilot card.The cashier was very nice and professional.I suggest you try it.

Stopped for a subway sandwich. After 15 minutes of waiting on someone to take my order I decided to never stop there again. Wasnt the first time this has happened but I promise it will be the last.

This place is good for filling up gas and making a quick stop over here and there is a subway restaurant over here.

We were on our way back from the Smokey Mountains an had already stoped twice to get coffee, an both times the coffee wasnt fit to drink. Our third stop was here at the Pilot Travel Center. The coffee was very low so we ask Katlin if she would mind fixing a fresh pot. She sprang into action! We were informed that she was getting ready to clean it as to why it was low, but she saved our night making more for us. It takes just a few minutes an as we waited we noticed the she didnt stop working. Doing stuff out in the aisle an ringing people up as soon as they were at the register. Hats off to employees like Katlin! This is now our stop as we pass this store in Bailyton.

Could use a few more people on the night shift. Was just passing through, and staff wasnt too much on the friendly side... but we do have Piolet stations here in hometown of Knoxville, n I love the crushed pellet ice**

Very nice staff in a clean environment. Well maintained stare but in a very small space. The parking lot is small and difficult to navigate my 18 wheeler through it but still a regular stop for me.

Deffinatly not the place to stop if your in a hurry. Team members watched as the line grew longer and the manager refused to call for guest services and instead ignored the people in line. Ive stopped here several times and this has been the level of service I have received every time Ive stopped here.

They have a kids area so kids can have some fun. The cars, bicycles, motorcycles and air planes were where you can look but not touch. Also a garage outside to walk in to look at other cars.

They could clean the place up a bit.. coffee area could have been a little cleaner... The food items on the Shelf could have been a little more organized.... But its a pilot they have with pilot usually has.
