Good prices on everything but soda. A single 20oz bottle of unrefridgereated Mountain Dew should not be $1.99

The store was very well stocked and neat and clean. The asiles were clear. The employees were very friendly and exceptionaly helpful.

I was very unhappy. Pay on furniture the first of February, said I wanted to pick it up the first of March. Went to pick it up & no furniture. Maybe on truck Friday!? I need a bed go sleep in today!!! Very unhappy!!!

What can you say? Its Big Lots! And has just about anything. From food, household essentials to Furniture which is now Broyhill.

I have called a few times over the course of a couple of months. There is a particular couch I would like. No store has received this couch in months. It is not available for price hold. Most other stores have already sold their displays. I tried to speak to the manager on duty. She wouldn’t take the phone. Only spoke through the cashier that answered. They will not tell me when they will sell the display. They tried to tell me that they will get the couch in again. No one would say when. It is very rude not to speak to someone after they have asked to speak to you. I’ll take my money elsewhere. They obviously don’t have time to assist anyone.

Never had any problems. We have a lot of their furniture and will buy more. Also like all the other things they sell. Like outdoor everything. Good grocery selection.

Has things you wouldnt normally find in some grocery stores and things you would find at a cheaper price . Most things are fairly good but as anything you take a chance on some products . Use your own judgement and really look things over and you can actually get good deals . I mostly just say exercise caution when buying furniture to last, however if your trying to furnish an apartment or need some decent furniture this is a good place, however not to last in my experience. I shop here fairly frequently so I would recommend this place for bargain hunting

The store is large but doesnt seem to have as much merchandise as the store I was used to in a different state. The staff was friendly though.

I love Big Lots. They r very friendly to me. They help you if u ask. I have shopped many of the Big Lots. They have all treated me nice and polite.

The big lots in Rogersvillevabd Greenville were much more helpful then Morristown. Morristown told us Greenville had 5 recliners and we drove an hour to find out they only had one. The young lady at Greenville called Rogersville to make sure they had the recliners. The young man checked twice to make sure.
