I like this dollar store best. They have lots more to choose from n there store is always nice n clean with friendly, helpful cashiers.👍

I come here when I do my Laundry next door. The couple cashiers they have are really nice but they do need more help cuz half the time they dont have majority of their stuff put instead of just sitting out everywhere.

Decent store friendly staff, but always seems like the isles are crowded with stock product, shelves are constantly disorganized. Get that straightened out for easier convenient shopping and id give 5 stars.

This is a local store I use a lot. They are always excited to just see you come in the door. Theyre super friendly. They really do care, you can tell. They work hard and have things prepared so that you dont wait. Its one of my favorite places.

Plenty of parking. The empty dirt lot next door is sufficient for semi trucks. Staff was pleasant and supplies were plentiful, even sanitizer and products like Lysol during these trying COVID-19 days.

Iv been there three maybe four times and never got all my stuff. Didnt realize till I get home. Just left a jug of milk today. She bagged one item per bag wth.

I mostly use the outside Redbox kiosk. Store is well stocked with a good variety of stuff including food items.

1st time I’ve seen a DG with a mini produce selection. Definitely worth a shopping visit here. And it’s nice for truckers cuz it’s a quick walk from the T/A

Need new management the service girl was great but the manager need to be change she did not come out to me when I asked to see her I was told that she is on break. What ? When a customer ask to see a manager or even someone out of the management team if only for a second a good manager would come and see what the customer wanted not to tell them Im on break.

DG had everything I needed and they are conveniently located. Prices arent too bad either!

Always service with a smile

Very easy in and out store for quick shopping trips between large grocery store or walmart trips. Pretty good variety of items and fair prices. Only complaint- if you load money onto a prepaid card here, it takes anywhere from 15 to 30 mins for it to actually post to your balance. Not a huge deal but has been a hassle for me more than once when I need to make a quick online purchase. Overall though, I like shopping at this chain. Location doesnt seem to matter either- they all seem to be very similar! Employees are almost always super nice people whom many I have became on a first name basis with.

Love this store! It has a huge grocery section, including cold items and produce. The employees were polite and check-out was super fast. I wish this store was closer to me than the one I usually go to. Its bigger, newer and better stocked. Will be back any time Im near Baileyton!

I dont shop at DG as a rule, but they carry the brand of milk hubby likes, and theyre close to home.This particular facility is great! Clean - well stocked - well lit. Ill go there in a pinch now.

Its like a mini Wal Mart without all the weird people.

Would have been better if another register was open.... They did have it posted that there was only 1 working register.

This was a great concept when they announced there was going to be a Dollar General mini market, but it seems to have gone back to business as usual. In there this morning and there was no granulated sugar went back around 3p.m. to find things everywhere and 2 people stocking. Asked if there was sugar on one of there skids and was toldno and I dont think we will be getting any this week. Someone needs to go in there unanouced and take a good look at that store. Many empty places always on shelves anymore.

They have just remodeled the store. It looks so much better now. Cant wait to see how long before it is cluttered up again. Hopefully they have better management now

Its a small town country store for the modern age, dont be surprised to find me with my shoes off running in to grab whatever we need to get to grill out. It saves time instead of going into wheres Waldo worlds (stores so big you get lost in. )

I really saved money using there on line coupons my purchases came to b4 using coupons was 88.00 then after using coupons was only 61.00 dollars so I saved 27 dollars on cleaning supplies . So if you want to save money use dollar General coupons. And the employees where very friendly they greeted you with a smile......

It’s been at least 2 or 3 months.. maybe more since this store has had it together! I am not sure what has happened, if there was a change in management, but the store is out of everything and it’s a complete wreck. A little over a week ago there was a head of lettuce or cabbage rotting and leaking all over a shelf on the soda/coke aisle. I know it’s a small grocery store for this town and a lot of things can run out from time to time, but the person who is in charge needs to get it together and get this store stocked and cleaned.

Customer service folks were EXTREMELY friendly...and the store ITSELF was IMMACULATE!!!!

The Dollar General store of Baileyton is very well organized and well kept up. And now sells groceries.

Staff is always friendly. However, it is so disorganized. The aisles are always cluttered to the point that you cant get through.

Terrible service with four people in line two staff members were less than twenty feet away doing inventory and not only didnt acknowledge us with any kind of greeting they just continued counting looking over at us once or twice a minute so finally after eight to nine minutes the woman in the front and myself left our items walked out passing less than ten feet from them and they said nothing this is common there just never that blatant I will never go back but obviously they dont care

Need to show some of the older cashiers better customer service.And to straighten up the store.
