Moved into new house. They came out and took measurements for shower door. Said it would be ready in 1.5 to 2 weeks. Almost 5 weeks later, still no shower door. They keep saying that the plant is running late, then last conversation was that the door was in, but waiting on hardware. They also promised timely updates, but other than one email on Sept 29th (where they upped the original price), I have called for updates and then got another email right after I called on Oct. 13th. I paid a deposit, so cant really go with another company at this time. Still waiting on my shower door. Not happy with service and dont know when I will have a shower door. Hope it is a decent door if it ever gets installed.

A 12 week project was ongoing for approx 43 weeks and still not complete. Not even one window was 100% complete as the contract states it would be... in full working order. We were told MULTIPLE lies time and again. At first (the first month) they worked well and the job was satisfactory but that plummeted. Often they would not show up as promised to work and if they did show up they only worked an hour or so, the quality of work also declined. They broke about 10 deadlines of getting the project finished until we had enough of their infilled promises (taking weather into consideration). They will look you in the eye and lie to your face. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, beware of this company!

Excellent service, replaced two shattered panes in two sliding glass doors on our farm. Very prompt service, had to order the glass but came very quickly to install once it had arrived. I would highly recommend their business to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.
