Walked into shop to see if they could service my CPAP needs. Got very little attention or care about what I was needing. Three guys just looking at their computers trying to surf the net under their ballcap wearing heads. Awful first first impression. They did not ask what I needed or tell me what and how they could help. Typical service for this area of Tennessee. I know what to do in this case, go somewhere else. Go to McFarland Medical instead. I have not gotten supplies for my bipap machine in over a year. Over the past 4 months I have had 4 different people call from their company and I updated my insurance with them 4 different times, yet I still haven’t gotten supplies. Last year they said they needed a letter of compliance from my doctor and my doctors office sent it over yet still no supplies. Also they can monitor my machine and see that I was compliant, still no supplies, so I am done with lincare and will get my supplies somewhere else.
