Do not use this place unless you want everything stolen out of your car. They took all the wiring for my dash cam and they even stole the mount for my phone. They also said my car was ready and when we went to pick it up, it was across town. This was after calling that day to make extra sure it was there and ready to pick up. They also didn’t secure part of of a replacement part but I dealt with it myself instead of dealing with them.

I worked here. Poor body work, frames bent that are missed. They take your estimated repair statement to insurance companies. Get new part prices, then get used parts. Send 6 or more supliments per car. Parts replacers, not real diagnostic people. More like a chop shop. Owner sneaks out door and runs to car. People after him, according to one employee. Windows get smashed out. See the stupid phoney commertials on Spectrum, and Fox? There ARE NO ASE CERTIFIED TECHS THERE!

I am so pleased with the service I received from Tender Car. The service was great! My car is better than ever before. Erin is a special guy. The service and care was better than the dealer. I will use them again, if I need to, for sure. Kudos, Tender Car Care!!!!

These guys did a great job fixing up my daughters Honda Civic. I ended up taking my car there when I hit the garage and got the same great deal and excellent service. Highly recommend these guys.

Horribly run place, way too expensive, poor communication! The guy hung up on me! Never use this place! The worst place Ive ever dealt with! Completely unprofessional! Id leave ZERO stars if I could! Absolutely the worst place ever!

I received poor customer service and it felt like I hit my head on a brick wall. Tried to explain an issue I was having with my vehicle at the poor results I received at the other location and wanted to speak with the owner. I was told he wasnt available and the person never suggested I bring my vehicle in to be looked at at his shop. Time waster!
